Initially we were going to wait to assemble the gazebo because other quotes we had received put the project over the budget. Luis, however, offered services that allowed us to stay within our budget. We reached out to Luis on Friday evening and within less than hour, we had agreed on the price and appointment for the following Monday. Luis gave a 2-hour window for his arrival. On the day of the appointment, he called to provide his ETA. The team arrived on-time. They were masked, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. When we scheduled the appointment, Luis asked for the specs on the gazebo. We texted him the link. When he showed up for the appointment, he brought the tools appropriate for the project. Because this gazebo has aluminum frame, he used low-torque equipment. He anchored the post to the pavers (included in his pricing), weighed it down with sand (as per our request, since we had bags of sand readily available), and put up a mosquito netting for us. We really appreciated that his team was willing to stay around longer and install the mosquito netting for us even though it was a last minute add-on. We are very pleased with Luis' work. It would have taken us at least two days to figure out the instructions, and even then it would have been difficult to assemble in the relentless heat.
