All Pro did my roof a year and a half ago. Red flag #1: they didn't replace the drip edge when it was on the invoice. I mentioned this to Dak Olson and he states he told his workers to do the drip edge but they must have not done it for whatever reason. When Hector came to install it as it should have been done from the get go, he states that Dak told him not to replace the drip edge... now who do you think stands to gain anything by lying here? I'll let you figure that one out. Red flag #2: I call and have warranty work done because they did a hack job around the roof edge cutting the shingles as well as multiple places with obvious sag in the osb/subroofing and nail pops along the ridge caps. Whether the sagging subroofing was there before or after their shingle install is irrelevant. It should have been fixed. Guess what? It wasn't. They didn't even fix the nail pops. What did they do? They used roof and flashing sealant everywhere and called it good. It looks like a kindergartener did it. Guess who'll probably have to get the roof redone before the house is sold in the near future. Me. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere. Btw the 5 star reviews by Nikki and Dak Olson, those are the owners family so yeah do with that what you will.
