Said estimator never entered any information into the system so no follow up was done by company. Fast forward again to November 2025. Went to showroom try again. New salespeople scheduled estimator Mike to come out. He shows up, takes note, and once again, no follow up. I called and spoke to Victoria who basically told me they weren't interested in doing it my way since it wasn't to "code", which I presume is industry talk for you need the most expensive option. I agreed to get a quote to do it "their" way. Surprise, no quote! I'm not a believer in chasing after a contractor that clearly has no interest in my business.

They apologized for my inconvenience and then gave me a name and number to call. I called and was told there was no such person working at the company. From there I just gave up. Unfortunately, my life took some unfortunate turns, and dealing with the window problems took a back seat. I am now back and will hopefully find someone within the company who can help me.
