I am sitting here typing this review the day after my last procedure with no low back pain and just a little stiffness in my low back. The front desk staff is very professional, friendly, patient and helps me with scheduling all my appointments and filling out paperwork. Miss Ashley (nurse practitioner) has been a great help, especially being so patient with my many questions and repeat questions. Her knowledge and expertise regarding my chronic pain is the best. Mark and Lupe (medical assistants) are terrific. Every visit at the APRI clinic has been timely, efficient, positive, and most importantly FUN. I was the previous patient of Dr. Richardson who performed a surgery on me in 2017 his office was…read morewonderful his staff was very helpful and I recovered very quickly however it is now 2022 unfortunately I have herniated disc in my lower back and went for a visit back to Dr. Richardson only to find that his office staff is completely un organized and there's only one person answering multiple phones I was able to see his PA who is very helpful and kind and was able to prescribe me a muscle relaxer and pain medication until they could review the MRI they prescribed however the pain medication does not work and getting a hold of the office has been a nightmare every time I called they just take a message nobody ever calls me back I'm in extreme pain and now I called again and I'm told that they're not even in the office today so needless to say things have definitely changed in this office.
