Poor customer service. The Orlando office scheduled my visit for an orthotic fitting when their techs were in training. They could not or would not get me one after I showed up for the fitting. Really? Train half one day and the other half another day. Damn poor service. read more

Horrible. Front office staff cannot get paperwork straight. They told pediatrician that fax was received love on the phone and when we came for appointment, low and behold they claim orders were never received. They will not process your insurance authorization in a timely manner. They will let it sit in their desks for weeks before submitting to insurance. Absolutely no phone etiquette! Sloppy at what they do. Clinician in the back is good. Unfortunately we will not be back here. Too many other better choices in greater Orlando than this lousy clinic. read more

They don't answer phone calls at all. Left messages with answering service never return my calls BAD SERVICE.

Wish I could give them a zero star! They claim to be the best Inthe industry but truly they are not. They are disrespectful! They talk down to parents because they claim themselves as the experts in the field; they consider themselves to be the medical professionals and the parent is only non-medical person merely with an opinion or observation about their own child. They made a brace for my daughter that does not fit properly and promised that they would have a new one remade within 2 weeks from their vendor. They 'talked' me into taking the brace that did not fit properly by saying "so at least she can have something for 2 weeks until the 2nd one is remade but they changed the story when it was time to pick up the new one.They called 2 days before the appt l to tell me that the brace had not arrived yet then when I pushed for answersa I recvd another call and a msg stating that they had not ordered a new brace because their vendor wants new xrays before they can remake the new brace. So when I pushed back they had me speak to the regional area manager. This individual explained to me how they had fulfilled their obligation by filling the prescription (nevermubd that I had told them the very 1st day that the brace they made for my daughter was too smal and cuts into her) He further went to explain to me that I needed X-rays and it was what is required and I should do it as it os for my daughters health (I think it's more about lining their pockets and needing more appointments and xrays I wish I could ge try insurance not to pay them. Took the day off work to make an appointment with my original consultant Karen(?)(as recommended) to pick up a new shoe specifically made for diabetic conditions. I had the mould fitting done and was given an appointment to return to pick the shoes up almost a month later. I originally arrived to have the mouldings done with two prescriptions from two different podiatrists and was told that was all I needed. I had the fittings and like I stated was given an appointment to return to pick up the new shoes. Now a month later and THE DAY BEFORE I am to pick up these much needed shoes I am given a phone call saying they now need a prescription from my primary care physician. My PCP won't send the prescription without an appointment. So even though I had the mouldings done for the special shoes I believe they never made the shoes( idk...they haven't returned my phone calls) and then now with a bruise on the bottom of my foot I have to wait a week to see a PCP and then another month for the process to start all over again. Thanks Hanger Prosthetics for wasting my time and for waiting a month to tell me I needed more than what was told to me at the time of my original appointment and for not appreciating the patient enough to respect that when it comes to people with chronic conditions TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE.
