I just had an excellent experience at Hanger Orthotics on Central Avenue in Albany. The 92-year-old gentleman for whom I serve as POA needed orthotics (inserts and shoes) as a result of surgery. The staff at Hanger worked patiently and efficiently with us on an insurance issue that took months to resolve. Today, the fitting of shoes and inserts happened and everything worked out well. Their specialist, David Girard, was very professional and patient with this gentleman, which made a big difference in the whole experience.
