Even though he knew I wasn't going to be ready to buy for atleast six months, he showed me the properties. We talked about what my parameters would be when I was ready......he sent me new listings ever so often with an open door to hit him up when I wanted, if I wanted. His willingness to help when he knew he wasn't going to get a sale and his no pressure approach made me decide to go through him, even though I have a buddy in the same line of business. He is a realtor and a designer, plus coordinates all of the construction and installation. He really made the process easy. From the start, Neal was great about listening to our needs and giving us options, though he never overwhelmed us. He knows the entire market very well, which was important because we moved to Columbus with no knowledge of the market. He steered us to the neighborhoods he thought were right for us, and then patiently took us to see as many properties as we wanted (even though we eventually bought one of the first ones we saw). After our property was under contract, Neal managed the closing process beautifully. This was the first time a property we have purchased has ever closed on time (credits to the bank as well).
