A very expensive listing too. Then all she wanted to do was interrogate me on how much we had and how we were going to buy that home before she would give me info on the listing. I tried to set up a showing and she promised to call me back but never did! That's ok, there were much better realtors out there. We purchased and sold our home in just 3 days. I attend a large church and my job lets me deal wit alot of people. I'm going to let anyone that will listen know what an awful experience it was trying to deal with her.

He researched comps in the surrounding area and suggested a price which resulted in a full price offer in 5 days. The pictures of the property were excellent and the advice he gave me was spot on. He was up front with what the selling costs would be and explained the process. When the home inspection showed 2 items the new owners wanted repaired, Madison offered a list of reliable handy men to take care of the issues. When I decided to stay in the area, I asked Madison to help me find a new home. He asked what I was looking for and make recommendations based on the builders reputation, property location, and price. He showed great patience showing me several homes that would meet my needs and once I decided on one, he walked me through the process of purchasing the home. We did 4 or 5 walk throughs and Madison's eagle eyes found some minor things that the builder fixed immediately. He was present at both of my closing to insure the process went smoothly and even now that I have closed and moved in, he still checks in with me. We have delt with numerous Realty Company's to manage the renting of our homes in Florida, South…read moreCarolina, Texas, and other places in Georgia for nearly 30 years and Golden Key Realty is the number one dishonest company we have ever dealt with. The things you have to watch is the Rental Manager who will try to throw charges on you that are the tenants reasonability especially when they check out. The other is their maintenance section. They use their buddies that they claim are the best in the business, not true. Their cleaning individual is a waste of time; their painting crew couldn't color a coloring book and the wood floor refinisher do more damage than good. They use someone else to do their inspections during the renting period and they are useless. A representee from Golden Key did the final check out inspection. There were areas the inspector stated would be cleaned that were not. The two areas to get the house back in shape they recommended that were good were the carpet and the ozone cleansing venders, they were good. We have spent additional money to repaint the house and other areas. One other thing is, when you advise the Rental Manager of a violation of the leasing contract no action was taken. Forget the rest and forget Golden Key Rental Department. Service and quality, forget it.
