She then discovered The Cenacle Treatment Centre in Stockport who charged her a much cheaper rate for the procedure and after a consultation it was all systems go. I won't go into details but what could have been a very embarassing and degrading experience was an enlightening and almost spiritual one. The procedure was assisted by two highly professional and empathetic women . It cost only £40 and my friend felt like a new person.The Cenacle Treatment Centre also performs a range of other therapies such as Reiki, Aromatherapy, Acupuncture and Hypnotherapy amongst many others. A thorough initial consultation and a clear explanation of his diagnostic using user friendly 3D graphics. The proof of the pudding is in the eating as they say and this practice enabled me to return to work and finally to be walking without sticks or wheelchair. Not a miracle but a professional clinical intervention in a safe, quiet and accessible environment. Private treatment is never cheap but at £45 a session (£35 concessions) it is very competitive and includes thorough guidance on exercise and rehabilitative activity. It was constant, nagging pain and I was beginning to despair when my daughter suggested that I asked Nayereh to see what she could do. Ashleigh, though slight, must have been hiding forearms like Popeye under her uniform. She was more than able to beat the tension out of my calves and shoulders leaving me feeling great. She was also very good at allowing the conversation to ebb and flow, as some of the calf work was pretty tender and I didn't feel too chatty. The venue was easy to find, and was very comforting, the treatment room especially was lovely and warm (convenient when you are stripping down to your skivvies). It thought it was slightly on the expensive side for a sports massage when I booked, but in retrospect, it's perfectly priced, well worth the extra pennies.
