I hired Hannah from across the country to clean my Mom's house after a family member moved out. The house was in need of a deep cleaning! Within a matter of hours, Hannah and her team had the floors, countertops, bathrooms and kitchen SPARKLING clean! She literally transformed the space with her hard work. The appliances in the kitchen were looking a little worse for wear, and I told my mom she may be better off replacing them. Somehow Hannah was able to get them back to looking like new! Hiring Hannah was easy and efficient - I reached out to her on Yelp and she responded instantly and gave me a price that was more than fair for the amount of work she did. Cleaners were about 30 minutes late for my 9am scheduled cleaning in my new home before move in. I requested a thorough clean including appliances and was quite disappointed. Appliances were not cleaned and I found hair all over the bathroom from previous owners. Yuck read more

Apparently her website says all she cleans. No microwave, no guest bath sink . No master bath toilet and numerous areas of small home and carpet with trash still on floor. I had to vacuum and clean house after her visit. I let her know ( with pictures) and no apology. Good luck .... Also she didn't show up for first appointment. They did a nice job cleaning the place. However, when I spoke with Hannah I told her it was an old house being used as an office. She asked if it was like a 3 bedroom and I said "pretty much". She quoted me $165. After completing the work she billed me $200. I said I had been quoted $165 and she replied that it was an office and that is what they charge for offices. I was not there and she didn't call me and tell me it was $200 before starting. I don't like bait and switch tactics and, although they did a good job. I wouldn't use them again. read more
