The salesman when I bought them made a big deal about not having a crease when I take them to be cleaned, so I made a really big deal about no crease when I dropped them off. Guess what? They had a super sharp tight crease in them that you could immediate,y see through the plastic bag. It was impossible to get out. I tried ironing it numerous times and brought it to other cleaners but the pants are ruined. I liked them so much that I can't get myself to get rid of them even though I can't wear them because they look silly.

But my best story of Linders excellence is a recent trip with a very expensive heavy sweater (Faherty brand) to alter it in a practical way for me. We drop off at the front desk, they pick up on specific days and bring it back on specific days. Pricing-wise, they are much more affordable than most. I wish there was an app where one could easily let them know what needs to be done, or tell them if you need something hemmed or fixed, but that is wishful thinking I guess.
