Von Beginn an sah ich, dass diese Idee zu wenig fruchtete und entschloss mich, aus dem Betrieb wieder ein Lokal für breite Restaurationsbedürfnisse zu schaffen. "Breit" bedeutet traditionell mit meditarinäer Küche. Gäste- und das ist fast wie schon eine Einzigartigkeit- sind bereits ab 06.00 Uhr willkommen. Geschlossen wird das Kiora während den Wochentagen um 23.30 und am Samstag um 00.30 Uhr. Vereine, Rentner, "Büetzer", Gäste welche gemütlich zu Abendessen wollen oder "Barschwärmer" sind das Segment, welches angesprochen wird und werden soll. ln dieser Vielfältigkeit der diversen Zielgruppen möchte ich das KIORA vor allem in Belp und der angrenzenden Region tiefer verankern und bekannter machen.
