(Also charged me a full hour each way on a 35 minute drive) First time I called was for a boiler. Having been new to boilers I was unaware of my need to top off the water tank manually. They then sent 2 people who then OVERFILLED the boiler and both stood there for 45 minutes to let it drain. Which I paid for. Unfortunately got a new install furnace done by them as well last fall. They cut the lines to my old ac condenser for the install and never told me. Was a nice surprise to find in the spring. I tried to use them one last time to bleed a boiler after not being able to find ANYBODY else. They waited 3 weeks until the the day before the appointment to cancel and say they wouldn't come because I was upset about my previous service. I think after spending 5k I'm allowed to expect good service, but they disagree. 0-10 if I could
