I was bypassed and I can understand, the guys are on a tight schedule and they did my block but bypassed me and because I knew they were still in the neighborhood I called their office to see if she could communicate with the driver to tel him to go back and pick up my trash. After asking a lot of questions she said they would come back the days after, seriously? Every receptionist we spoke with was polite, concerned, and assured us they would help. Seven days and several phone calls later... still no pickup. Each time we called, we also asked for the supervisor to give us a call. Apparently returning a customer's phone call is a little too far outside the supervisor's job description, because that call never came. Not once. ‍ Then we reached FloJo. What a difference! She didn't just tell us she'd take care of it--she actually did. Problem solved. That's why FloJo earned her own well-deserved review from us. So this is strictly for the "supervisor," who somehow managed to remain completely unavailable throughout the entire 7-day ordeal. Perhaps FloJo could give them a few pointers on customer service.
