This place is astonishing. A couple of hundred yards outside town but well worth the walk. There is a choice of buffet and a la carte or you can have the chef cook while you watch.
The menu has a good selection of dishes with some Indian recipes (the samosas are the best in Austria outside the Indian embassy). Our personal favourite is the almond chicken.
Portions are large.
There is an attention to detail that is remarkable, even down to the delicate flavourings of the stock in the won ton soup.
There is no mad rush to use too much sugar in the sauces, indeed the mango dishes are refreshingly tart and well worth investigating.
Staff are courteous and attentive.
There are clear smoking and non smoking areas.
The wines are good and well suited to the cuisine. I will confess to being very British and drinking beer and tea, which are very good too.
Prices are typical for Austria and I would rate this as being well above average value for money.
