The staff is super attentive and it's incredible people-watching. PRO TIP 2: There are not a lot of vegan options but some dishes and plates can be veganized, just ask the vendor from one of the many options. Some nights there are live bands or beer yoga! and other special events so check out their website. I really enjoyed Mercado 60 and can't wait to go back for more eats and cold beers.

I choose the tortas. Holy smokes. These are the best tortas in Mérida. The unassuming trailer is parked in the middle of the crossroads that separate the four Parques de las Americas, on Avenida Colon. Easy to find, and completely worth it. Find this trailer and treat yourself to some awesome Mérida street food. Fast, friendly service, and really good food. :)

They I think are trying to be the Gourmet Burger style of Merida and in that regard they do a solid job. The burgers we had were pub style, fairly meaty and properly cooked. I prefer a little more char and cheese on mine, also more a smash burger kind of guy, but this place kind of reminds me of Umami Burger in LA if you know them, at least in terms of the burger quality. It's a nice calm place to get a bite with company and worth a try if you're hankering for a nice burger. Happy eating from John Seeto!
