I am retracting my experience that I encountered on 7/28/25, because I went back to the restaurant to speak with the manager personally. Once I reiterated my issue about the mistake that was made concerning my order he refunded my money. I am grateful that he does have integrity and took accountability for the mistake that was made. Food was acceptable. We ate in the store. It was clean, and food was hot. The lo mein was fine. Gen'l Tso was too saucy, not spicy. Boneless spare ribs had too much honey. I will order delivery, but dishes that won't be too difficult to get right. read more

This place has terrible customer Service. Horrible. the Delivery man is rude. Bangs on your door as if he is the police with a search warrant. My order was incorrect. Inedible Dragon. This is the most disgusting inedible Chinese food I've ever had. After taking over an hour to get to us which they don't mention. They screwed up half of my order. What came bordered on vomitous in quality and flavor. Then when we called to ask why were didn't receive part of our order they hung up in us three times. The sesame beef is so covered in a nasty think soggy breading I couldn't get it down. The lo mein was starchy and so dry it got stuck in my throat, and that was the best thing to eat. Their excuse? To many customers and not enough cooks. Does l whose fault is that? No apologies, not interest in trying to rectify this travesty of a meal. I guess I'll have stew left overs. read more

I've been ordering from this restaurant for about six years, so about two days ago when I ordered a beef lo mein two dollars extra beef with mushrooms . When I arrived at my destination which was across town . I opened the food , served my girlfriend a plate .. Taste the beef lo mein , it taste real irony and was mushy ! I immediately called them ! they said that they would rectify the situation ... it was Easter , the day before Easter rather . So the following day which was the day after Easter . I went to the restaurant to return the product . Reminding them that I called previously . Not the two gentlemen that usually work there but the short lady with the blunt black haircut was absolutely irate .. she threw the food and did not give me the full price of my purchase . Needless to say I got an order of honey wings the beef lo mein and a large bottle of ginger ale plus tax was $23 . Overpriced but the food was never a problem but to find out that you have to pay $23 for disrespectful service is seriously ridiculous . I am a regular at this Chinese Food spot and you notice right away that they are clean everything and displayed beautifully and their food is really good. I usually order their steamed dumplings, General Tso chicken or sweet and sour chicken and they are cooked perfectly I never have to worry about my food not coming out right.
