I found out and went back about 15 minutes later. Teacher denied it and she said that kid pushed my kid without any injury. Incident report was filed after our back, stating bruise wasn't noticed at school. That's it. They promised to separate my kid from that kid but they are still in the same class. A few days later, my kid still told me that kid hit him on the face. I SAW THAT KID HIT ANOTHER KID BY USING A TOY IN THAT DAY CARE. I concerned every kid's safety in that room. They are rude except one teacher. Director told me that IT IS NORMAL behavior for that kid and there are two kids biting in another class. They take no responsibility for anything going wrong even they knew it was wrong. Director refused to transfer my kid to another class and recommend us to transfer to a new day care. Please don't send your children to this day care. There is no safety, no fair, no respect and no responsibility. The philosophy is ignore and money. They charged extra money during the summer for outdoor play, for par-service.

Always eager to learn and be challenged. In fact, I credit Ms Nicky for giving her the gift of feeling math is fun. The summer camp is a mix of math advancement and STEM as well as crafts. It's the perfect mix. (And I love nowhere close to here). This is a gem. Ms. Nicky is a wonderful teacher who can isolate a child's strengths and weakness and really teach to strength what needs to be and her demeanor is above par. I am grateful for her. My son started with SMP tutoring in January of 2018! He was…read moretaking a non-traditional iprep Algebra 1 class in the 7th grade. Math has never been an issue for my son until this past school year. He was struggling in Alg 1 & needed help. Of course my son didn't want to go to tutoring & was adamant that he didn't need tutoring. After his first session with Jordan, he left SMP tutoring happier than ever, & understood the ALG lesson that he was having difficulty with. Once when he began tutoring @ SMP he was no longer frustrated, nor was I. Eventually the algebra 1 concepts were easier for him & he had more confidence in himself & the concepts he was learning. His tutor Jordan, was awesome! Jordan was very knowledgeable, patient and motivating. My son passed his Alg 1 EOC standardized test with a high 4! Which is AMAZING! We are beyond ecstatic. My son passed the Alg1 class & Alg EOC because of SMP tutoring! I honestly should have started him sooner, but he will most definitely continue with SMP tutoring. :) If your child is struggling academically or your child needs to improve test scores, I highly recommend SMP tutoring! I enrolled my son in this SAT tutoring program hoping to help him improve his score and strengthen…read morehis understanding of the material. Unfortunately, after spending a significant amount of money on this service, we saw little to no measurable improvement. Throughout the program, I communicated my concerns directly to the owner. Rather than addressing the effectiveness of the tutoring, I was repeatedly made to feel as though my son was the problem. In my opinion, the tutors lacked the ability to teach concepts in a way that promoted true understanding and mastery of the SAT. Sessions often consisted of simply reviewing information and test questions rather than providing meaningful instruction, strategies, or personalized guidance. What made this experience even more disappointing was that after leaving this program, I found another tutor who worked with my son for just three weeks. During that short period, his SAT score increased by 170 points. This demonstrated to me that my son was fully capable of improving when provided with effective instruction and support. After the tutoring service itself acknowledged that my son and their program were not the right fit, I requested a refund or at least a partial refund given the lack of results and the substantial cost. The owner never responded to my request. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. The program was extremely expensive, produced no meaningful results for my son, and when concerns were raised, they were not addressed in a professional or customer-focused manner. Update as a response to owner feedback. 100% my son sat for the exam they were contracted for and this is where no improvement was made. After the results I was given the option of one on one tutoring at an additional $75/hr. Obviously this service lacks the ability to keep a student engaged and motivated and the results of a different tutoring service proves that SMP is not a good investment.
