Swallows is a family business that has been going for as since I can remember, at least the last 15 years. It cooks traditional english chippy type food such as Fish & Chips, Pies, Sausages etc. Also the best bit Chinese! The food here is absolutely to die for and I recommend it to anybody. I may seem boring but me and my girlfirend get the same every week. Soft Noodles, Egg Fried rice, Chicken Curry each, a Portion each of Prawn Crackers and Mushrooms. The food is like I previously said to die for, everything is cooked to perfection and you know they know what they're doing. The egg fried rice comes with little pieces of spring onion while the Chicken Curry has large pieces of soft chicken. The mushrooms are only mushrooms but they tast so special1 I don't know why! Unfortunately they don't deliver but if you call up ten minutes before they will have it ready for when you get there. Prices are very reasonably and staff are friendly.

Both the food and service is great, I opted for the BBQ Chicken, as I didn't fancy anything too spicy before returning to work, and at just £4.99 with nice Naan bread and a bottle of coke, you'd be hard pushed to find any better lunchtime deals. The hot and spicy curries are not too spicy, but always a firm favourite in my household. I have yet to dine indoors, but will get to do so in the very near future.
