A choice of an estimate-only visit or an appt for junk removal was offered. This company will do same-day removal or schedule a convenient day and time range. On day of removal, we received a call giving their arrival time. The guys who came were hard-working and pleasant. They made an effort to pack the truck in a compact manner, reducing the cost from the original estimate. The JunkLuggers donates items, if possible, and will provide a donation receipt if a customer wants. We would use them again and rate this business 5 stars.
