Another Hot Pot spot. Everything came out fresh and even the meat was displayed on cutting boards. And what a large selection they have to choose from. The customer service was great. Everyone was so attentive. I really liked the ambience here. It wasn't too loud. They have specials every day.

Happy lamb Hotpot has the best broth you can imagine. I have been to many Hotspot places and hands down this is my favorite. The pot is deep so you have plenty of flavorful soup, so much garlic cloves and all healthy fruits as part of their bone broth soup or spicy soup with many red chillies. I went with "Happier" option and did not disappointed. Sauces bar and additional items like fishballs, quail eggs, mushroom and many veggies for you at unlimited and they do kept refilling. Plenty of parking in Target shopping mall. Servers were attentive and friendly. Definitely I will return!

Great place for happy hour hot pot! Our friends rave to us about coming here at 8pm for $20 hot pot! It's so worth it and delicious especially with friends. We waited about 15 min for our table of 4 at 8pm and there was a lot of people but not too crowded. We ordered the golden cabbage and their house special bone marrow soup. I was really impressed by the variety of hot pot ingredients and the selection of drinks and side dishes. They also serve hot food like chicken wings, egg rolls, noodles, and other chinese side dishes. My friends and I strategized and loaded up our hot pot with a lot of meat and veggies. I love the sauce bar too because they have a ton of ingredients to choose from for your liking. There are 2 sauce bars so it doesnt get too crowded at one which I liked. The ambiance was your average restaurant style and easy to talk over the music. I can't wait to come back!

Was very good, LOTS of seating, great options, kind staff, and decent pricing. The odd thing I observed, they have kids stand in front of tape on a wall to determine height and if a child will get "half off" the meal.

My wife and I were in Las Vegas around Christmas Time. We stayed on the Strip but on Christmas Eve we drove to Happy Lamb Hot Pot which was open and was pretty busy and crowded. WIthout a reservation we dropped in and joined the Yelp Waitlist, if we had known ahead of time we could've joined sooner. We waited for 15 minutes, tables of 2 move a lot quicker than larger parties. There was a lot of seating and it was pretty busy on Christmas ever. We ordered the Happier Hot Pot package (the cheaper of the two AYCE packages) because were were fine with what was offered in the lower tier menu. The meat was really fresh we mainly had the: - Wagyu Bolar Blade (1 per person) - Iron Steak - Beef Toro - Kurobuta Pork - Ox Aorta (beef tendon) They have a large self-serve sation with a variety of meats, some prepared food, noodle as well as a juice and iced tea bar, two types of boba and ice cream. They had two stations for preparing your own sauce and seasonings. We ordered the orrigal marrow and mushroom soups. When we put in meat orders the staff were pretty responsive. It was a little slower to put in meat orders however it was understandable that Christmas Eve would be busier than usual.

The new happy menu doesn't come with ice cream but it's still a good deal for 19.95. The broth tasted a little different today not sure why. But I'm a regular here Service was alittle slow which is why I gave 4 stars. I have to stand each time to get help. Hopefully there's room to improve. Ambiance sound is average always with new music

Finally got to try Happy Lamb and it didn't disappoint. Came on a Thursday night and it wasn't busy at all. Got the regular and spicy bone marrow broth and also got the happiest lamb- which is the most expensive one. I forgot how much it was since the price isn't on the menu. Be sure to ask when ordering. They offer different broths and different meats, I forget which one I liked, but all the 1 order per table meats were good lol. I really liked the shrimp paste too. Everything was really good quality too. Servers were nice, there's lots of options to choose from at the self serve area. It was clean and pretty stocked. There's also a self serve boba station. Overall really good, going again soon!

Happy Lamb Hot Pot offers several options of meats and seafood. For us we went with the "happiest " option, $58 per person and we were not disappointed. There are a slew of options in the self serve area to complement your hot pot and we threw down hard! It's a very large place, was very clean, and the service was on point as we had food that we continued to order within a minute. Fast and courteous as well as decent meat. Great place even though no alcohol is served.

This was my second visit to a hot pot restaurant. The first time I went, I really didn't know what I was doing. Having a friend familiar with hot pot invite me to join her for dinner here was instructional and a great meal. We were seated shortly after they opened at 5 PM. Each table has an area where the broths are heated to boiing temperature. We went with the classic marrow broth and spicy marrow broth. Both broths are bone broths. Very flavorful. That's your first choice. Then you decide how much you want to eat. There are three choices--happy, happier, and happiest. We went with the happy. It's all you can eat, so when you finish the trays of meat, you can get more. In fact, we were accidentally brought two extra trays of meat. After the broth pan--separated in half--was brought, we went to the area where you pick the ingredients for your dipping sauce and also get a plate of the vegetables you want to cook in the broth. My dipping sauce was a lot of red pepper in oil and finely chopped garlic. For veggies, I had some mushroom slices, thin pumpkin slices, daikon radish, and lotus root to name most of them. I wernt back to this area after dropping it off at our table as that's where the drinks are. I got the passion fruit green tea. Each station for vegetables and drinks have small lambs with the name of the vegetable or drink printed on them. So well marked. To get started, we put the veggies in the broths as they need more cooking times. Then we took our chopsticks and got a piece of beef or whatever protein, and dipped it in the hot sauce for as few seconds. You don't want to over cook the meat--at least I don't. Very rare are is good! From then on, it was grab a piece of meat, cook briefly in the hot pot, and then eat and enjoy. Last we took the vegetables out. Service was exceptional!! Servers were very friendly and helpful. All in all, it was a great introduction for me in how to eat hot pot correctly. I have a feeling the two of us will be back!

This AYCE hot pot spot is amazing! Easily one of the best I've been to in the Las Vegas area. Everything felt clean, organized, and well-run. They have tons of options! Fresh seafood, veggies, noodles, dumplings, tofu, hot appetizers, and even drinks included in the price. My favorite was definitely the taro milk tea. It was creamy, just the right amount of sweetness, and the perfect cool treat after eating spicy meat. It's rare to find these kinds of drinks at AYCE spots, and it's included! The broth flavors are fantastic. I highly recommend going with "Best of Both Worlds". You get two broths in one pot, which is perfect if you want to mix a spicy Sichuan-style side with something more mild like a bone or mushroom broth. You order the meats separately, and the servers bring them right to your table. Meat is super fresh and sliced perfectly thin for quick cooking. The service here is great too. The staff came by often to check if we wanted more meat, refill broths, and clear empty plates. Tons of parking also! No circling the lot or fighting for spots, which makes the whole experience that much more relaxing. Overall, this place is a total win for hot pot lovers. Great food, great service, easy parking, and that unbeatable taro milk tea!

Happy Lamb Hotpot is an absolute gem for anyone who loves flavorful, high-quality hotpot. The broths are rich and deeply layered with herbs and vegetables, creating an irresistible base for everything you cook. The lamb stands out - exceptionally fresh, tender, and full of flavor. The beef toro practically melts in your mouth with its perfect marbling. The Kurobuta pork is equally tender and delicious, and the shrimp are truly colossal and juicy. The buffet area is a feast in itself, with an impressive variety of veggies, noodles, seafood, sauces, and even desserts. Skip the blue crab and garlic beef. Service is brisk and we got greeted and seated within 5 minutes. Plates of meat came out quickly too. The restaurant seats plenty and tables are spaced out. Restaurant is very clean and the buffet table is also organized and clean. Overall, a solid 5 stars for food quality and selection--Happy Lamb Hotpot is now one of my favorite spots and a must-try for lamb lovers!

Place was really good. Service was excellent and and selection great. Plus the extras in buffet and not to mention the tea selection. Do t forget the cotton candy maker! My minus one was the meat quality was not the best. Some I actually spit out. Too chewy.

This has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Las Vegas! The soup is incredibly flavorful and hearty -- perfect every time. The service is consistently impeccable, and the space is large, comfortable, and well-stocked. I've already brought several friends and family members here, and every single one of them has loved it. Highly recommend!

(Served with warm white rice). This broth is incredibly hearty and flavorful without being overly spicy, which I really appreciate. I personally like mine a bit saltier with more heat, so I always customize it with the condiments at the table and turn it up to my liking! Every time, it comes out absolutely delicious and feels like the perfect comfort meal, especially if you are dealing with a hangover or feeling a bit sick! I have been here at least 25 times, and it consistently hits the spot every single visit. I love how the interior has the coolest lego sets & the establishment has so much personality & character! But majority of the time, I do prefer to do take out. The vermicelli noodles soak up all that rich broth, making each bite extra satisfying and comforting. They are also very generous with the toppings, so you never feel like you're still hungry. I honestly never finish my hotpot here. It's great to share with a friend! One thing I love is the variety on the menu. Beyond hot pot, they offer items like fried giant squid which is super tasty, dumplings, orange chicken, udon, fried rice, and even desserts. There is something for everyone. If you are not in the mood for soup, they also have dry hot pot, which is just as flavorful. Another great touch is the ability to customize your meal even further by adding extra toppings like quail eggs or konjac noodles. They really lets you tailor everything exactly how you'd want it (just no subbing a topping out for another!). Overall, this place never disappoints. The quality, flavor, and consistency keep me coming back again and again! The best hot pot Las Vegas has to offer in my opinion!

The second order we placed though you could really tell the difference and the premium short rib looked and tasted amazing. Meats are really thin, sometimes too thin that they break apart. Kinda silly you're limited to ordering one order of crawfish per person, as it's just two cooked previously frozen crawfish, not good or special at all. Between the shabu and sushi and all the side dishes, there is a massive variety of food you can order. It took kind of a while after ordering to get the meat, not sure if it's to try to slow you down and not eat at much because it was surprisingly how long it took with the restaurant pretty empty.
