My family and I visited on a relaxing Sunday afternoon for lunch. We were feeling a little under the weather, and I was severely craving hot pot despite the sunny weather outside. First and foremost, the customer service here is absolutely phenomenal. The wait staff are incredibly helpful and willing to get you whatever you may need. Since my family and I were newcomers to hot pot, they even provided helpful tips on how to prepare the food. We adored the desserts, the hot pot, and the hot dishes that were served. We tried the "Happier" menu and sampled both the House Original Marrow Broth and the House Spicy Marrow Broth. Both broths were extremely flavorful and delicious. I consider myself a spice connoisseur, but I found the spicy broth to be quite intense. The next time I visit, I plan to order the House Original Marrow Broth and add my own spices instead. One of the better quality AYCE hot pot restaurants in Vegas! We came here for dinner on a Friday evening and there was surprisingly plenty of tables available, so there was no wait. There are 3 menu tiers: "happy" at $23.95 per person (lunch only), "happier" at $29.95, and "happiest" at $39.95. We opted for the $29.95 per person menu which comes with a 1-per person order of wagyu blade, but otherwise AYCE lamb/beef selection, as well as some seafood, pork, and chicken. They offer a couple of different broths, and you can opt for a split pot that allows you to choose 2 broths. We went with the house original marrow broth and the house spicy marrow broth. I was really impressed with their buffet bar. There was quite a lot of selection, including fish balls, noodles, vegetables, etc. Everything was very clean and labeled. There's even a hot food bar with items like fried chicken, buns, and beef dishes. There's also a drink station that is self-serve, and they had a couple of unique juices on top of standard fountain drinks which was neat. Their sauce bar had some unique options I've never seen at other places before such as bean curd sauce, leek flower sauce, fried garlic, and Thai chili. I liked that they had satay sauce here. I feel like it wasn't as expansive of a sauce bar compared to other places, and in my opinion it was a little tricky making a dipping sauce that was fully palatable. The highlight of Happy Lamb is definitely their meat quality. Everything comes out plated beautifully, and each slice of meat was so tender. The beef toro and lamb shoulder were my favorites. I also liked that they offered tripe. Service was really friendly, and we were able to order and receive extra orders of meat pretty quickly. For me, the biggest thing lacking about our meal was the broth. The house original broth had a mildly herbal flavor, albeit a bit too weak for my taste. I love a spicy mala broth, but their spicy marrow broth honestly just had too overwhelming of a medicinal/bitter taste for my ABC self, but I can see how it would easily be a hit for others as it seemed like a very authentic flavor. We waited about 15 min for our table of 4 at 8pm and there was a lot of people but not too crowded. We ordered the golden cabbage and their house special bone marrow soup. WIthout a reservation we dropped in and joined the Yelp Waitlist, if we had known ahead of time we could've joined sooner. We waited for 15 minutes, tables of 2 move a lot quicker than larger parties. There was a lot of seating and it was pretty busy on Christmas ever. We ordered the Happier Hot Pot package (the cheaper of the two AYCE packages) because were were fine with what was offered in the lower tier menu. The meat was really fresh we mainly had the: - Wagyu Bolar Blade (1 per person) - Iron Steak - Beef Toro - Kurobuta Pork - Ox Aorta (beef tendon) They have a large self-serve sation with a variety of meats, some prepared food, noodle as well as a juice and iced tea bar, two types of boba and ice cream. They had two stations for preparing your own sauce and seasonings. We ordered the orrigal marrow and mushroom soups. When we put in meat orders the staff were pretty responsive. This was my second visit to a hot pot restaurant. The first time I went, I really didn't know what I was doing. Having a friend familiar with hot pot invite me to join her for dinner here was instructional and a great meal. We were seated shortly after they opened at 5 PM. Each table has an area where the broths are heated to boiing temperature. We went with the classic marrow broth and spicy marrow broth. Both broths are bone broths. Very flavorful. That's your first choice. Then you decide how much you want to eat. There are three choices--happy, happier, and happiest. We went with the happy. It's all you can eat, so when you finish the trays of meat, you can get more. In fact, we were accidentally brought two extra trays of meat. After the broth pan--separated in half--was brought, we went to the area where you pick the ingredients for your dipping sauce and also get a plate of the vegetables you want to cook in the broth. My dipping sauce was a lot of red pepper in oil and finely chopped garlic. For veggies, I had some mushroom slices, thin pumpkin slices, daikon radish, and lotus root to name most of them. I wernt back to this area after dropping it off at our table as that's where the drinks are. I got the passion fruit green tea. Each station for vegetables and drinks have small lambs with the name of the vegetable or drink printed on them. So well marked. To get started, we put the veggies in the broths as they need more cooking times. Then we took our chopsticks and got a piece of beef or whatever protein, and dipped it in the hot sauce for as few seconds. You don't want to over cook the meat--at least I don't. Very rare are is good! From then on, it was grab a piece of meat, cook briefly in the hot pot, and then eat and enjoy. Last we took the vegetables out. Service was exceptional!! The food was alright, the first time I went the price was about $20 for the regular "Happy" price. The service and food were also filled up. However, today I went and they didn't notice anyone that their price changed until we were seated. Most importantly, the customer service was horrible, they lied about the time it took for us to get seated, it was said to be 20-25 minutes but we ended up waiting for 45 minutes. Additionally, they gave us attitude and not once did they refill the soup for our pots until we asked (which is right before we were going to leave). Most of the time, we were ignored and the workers made us feel like we inconvenienced them. The food was also pretty much empty to choose from, no desserts and side dishes. Friends recommended this place so we tried it out. Parking were plenty and free. It's in Eastside of town so it was a bit of a drive for us, since we live in Southwest near Durango. Upon entering we were greeted right away and seated. The tables already have condiments such as water and plates. Our server asked us what we would like and we told her it's our 1st time so she proceeded to explain the differences in packages. We chose the smallest package which has plenty to eat. The best part was the buffet line. They have plenty of options of seafood, veggies, and noodles. The drinks was what won me out tho. Amazing AYCE Hot Pot experience. We truly love hot pot and this place is now my favorite. A little out of the way from where we live but the price, quality and menu options are worth the drive. The restaurant is large so service is quick to seat your party and the waiter is quick to come over to explain the process and take your order. Aside from uncooked meats, everything is self-serve. Water, juice, soda, boba and sauces are all self-serve as well. There are 3 AYCE menu options, we opted for the 2nd tier though we would have been better off with the 1st tier. You don't get the wagyu meats in the "Happy"/1st tier of the menu but you only get one order of each wagyu beef per table so it's not worth it, in my opinion. There is a lot of fish, shrimp, seafood balls, vegetables and noodles available on the self-serve line. We've been to a few hot pot restaurants, in LV and Hawaii, our favorite was Shabuya (which there is now a location in LV), BUT this place has taken my favorite spot because the broths can be refilled if you need! We were enjoying our broths and noticed they were running low but we were still hungry; when we asked the waiter, he simply brought over more broth, refilled our pots and we continued eating. I've been seeing this place on my feed and then a co-worker suggested it to my husband. Once something is on his radar, it's super easy to convince him to take me out and I'm glad he did. Like, there's whole shrimp, mussels, squid rings, fish balls, and other proteins, not just the usual veggies and noodles. This means that even if you order the happy, there will be a lot of extra different proteins to chose from other than what's on the menu. I liked the hot bar, but we only had the dumplings and the sweet stuff. The soft serve was good and the little strawberry mousse cake we had was excellent. My husband and I came by this restaurant with my cousin and his wife for dinner. We drove right pass the restaurant around 7:15 pm and saw that it looked pretty busy so my cousin's wife decided to get out of the car and see how long the wait would be (she ended up putting her name on the electronic wait list via tablet by the register, while my cousin parked the car). We waited less than15 minutes for a table. What is nice is that there are 2 tea beverage dispensers with small styrofoam cups that you are able to get yourself a drink or two while you wait. With the menu, you can either choose one pot base to share or you can do a duo pot (called Best of Both Worlds on the menu). We ended up doing this with the Original Marrow Broth and Spicy Marrow Broth. Figured this would be better since my husband and my cousin's wife both like spicy and my cousin and I don't really do spicy. The (non spicy) broth was really flavorful and really loved it. My cousin and his wife also really liked it and so did my husband. My cousin's wife and my husband also liked their spicy broth but there was just way too many chopped chilies in it. They both ended up ladling out most of them onto a plate just because it was just so excessive. Now with the menu, you can choose between a meal set of meat choices known as Happy, Happier, Happiest. Happy cost $28.99 (prior to tax) and Happiest cost $35.99 (prior to tax) but am not sure how much is Happiest. My cousin's wife did the ordering and so she decided to do the Happiest. She just started ordering a lot of items, which I do not recommend. The server who was taking care of us did tell me that we can always order more later. My cousin's wife just assumed they would bring out the raw meat at different times.... they did not and struggled to find enough room for all the plate of meat. From the meat we ordered, I did like everything but my most favorite was the lamb and fish cakes. Regardless of what meal set you choose, you are able to visit the buffet side where you can pick up additional items to cook in your hot pot, such as fish, fish balls, shrimp, assorted vegetables, assorted noodles, tofu (frozen, fresh, etc), beef curry, lamb spine (good but chewy). There is also cooked food such as fried rice, steam white rice, chow mein, sesame balls, cake, seaweed salad, wood ear mushroom salad (definitely a favorite of mine). There is also unlimited beverages that you can help yourself to, including fountain drinks and also different type of tea. There is also assorted toppings that you can add to your drinks like popping boba. In this area, there is also a cotton candy machine. Unfortunately it is not included in any of the meal sets, but if you are willing to pay $5 for a token, you can get that from your server. The cotton candy is on the smaller side but fair for the price. With the Happier and Happiest meal set, we were able to get one ice cream (choose from vanilla, strawberry and chocolate). The ice cream was in a small ice cream cup that you can take home with you unless you want to eat it there. Please note that you are to pay your bill at the register by the front. I wished the employee printing out our bill would have said something we were waiting at the table for him to come back so we could pay. But then we realized since the bill didn't have one of those plastic plates, it must mean we would pay up front. The ladies restroom was clean during my visit. We had a great experience and the food was delicious. I did like the numerous of food options in the buffet side and also the numerous of choice of meats to choose from in the Happier meal set but I honestly think I would have just fine with the cheaper option as well. Wanted to come here since happy lamb was the best hot pot from where I used to live. Particularly the soup was very flavorful. So came here because the many hot pot I've been to in Vegas didn't have the best soup, most were pretty bland and I really missed the super flavorful soup that negates the necessity for sauces. There were three options -$31, $36 and $55. And we got the middle option because I didn't want a lot of seafood that day. The soup looked similar to what I remembered but was a bit less flavorful than I remembered. We got the half and half one. I do like the Chinese medicine bone soup so that is good. The spicy soup was not that spicy. Moving on to other things, there was a vegetable and side bar with some hot items such as chicken wings. I like that these items can be self served. The chicken wings were good, very crispy and juicy. The fried dough was also good to eat directly. Moving on to the meats, as part of the middle option, we got one order of the wagyu brisket and another wagyu per table. This is odd since it should be by person otherwise bigger tables are missing out. In general happy lambs meats are sliced extra thin, so they are very tender. But the beef all kind of taste the same, lamb so on. Paired with the flavorful soup, it's really delicious but yea maybe the soup also contributes to it. I was not a huge fan of the shrimp paste because it was not sticky and bouncy if that makes sense. Anyway I would still recommend happy lamb, since the soup and meats are good. Better come when they open and get seated in the first round. Their inside is pretty big but I can see it getting filled especially when they are short staffed. read more

I went back to my happy place 2 weeks ago for dinner on a weekday . We were very excited , ordered our usual etc. But when we had our first bite of chicken wing , cold ; Singapore rice noodle , cold ; chef's special stir fry , cold . It was disappointed and odd since they just open for dinner time , food should be hot and fresh . Hopefully it was just one time thing. read more
