Great Boba But May Send You to Hospital My wife and daughter went there a few nights ago. They got four drinks and a waffle. The taste is great and they all enjoyed their drinks. The staff is also friendly as well. So why the two stars? My wife and three kids are hospitalized due to food poison from their drinks. It's day two now and thankfully they're recovering. I'm sure it's an isolated but beware of the drinks and ensure you have enough sick days. I still recommend this business but just be cautious you may go to the hospital and ensure you have great health insurance. read more

The drinks are good but the works are extremely slow and or understaffed, no reason for someone to have to wait 20min in line before the next order is taken, after each order taken there was a wait because the worker at the register was making drinks with the 2 lady's who were already making drink, service needs improvement here read more

TLDR; First to come in at noon and the waffle machine wasn't ready, and tea I wanted to order was a 30 minute wait. Not sure why right when they opened they didn't have the two items I wanted to order. How it played out: -First customer in, asked if they had all the waffle options, they said yes. Then I heard another staff member interrupt the cashier to say "the waffle machine wasn't ready." I said no problem. Take that off the order. Kind of peeved but it appears no one turned it on to warm it...I asked how long it would take, they shrugged. -I proceeded to order 2 roasted oolong teas with cheese foam. Same staff member tells cashier "that tea isn't ready!" At this point I'm already paying! I have my card on the reader. Asked how long it would be and they said "around 30 minutes" Yikes...not a good look :/ The additional star is for the items I wish I could have received today, but had to leave empty handed. read more

Sadly, the drinks are good, but the service is horrible. There is often no one in the store, and customer service won't engage those waiting at the register for our order, and they do not take your order for 10-15 minutes. I thought it was an isolated instance, but it has happened to me each time I have gone in there. I will no longer visit this location, and the owners of this franchise should have more oversight of their staff. read more

This is a good little boba place. I got their Strawberry Milkshake and their Original Bubble Waffle. The boba is good and I'd definitely have it again. Their waffle is good too, but it wasn't my favorite. In Vacaville though, this is a better one. I was pleased with my order and the workers were very quick to make it! read more

I finally have a happy lemon location next to us. This is a nice place to grab a drink to be. And service was nice and fast as well.

First time going here about two weeks ago. This place is definitely more spacious than the one in Pleasant Hill (our usual go to). They have hand sanitizers on every table which is good. The girl who assisted us on our first order was nice. We ordered Ube Milk tea and Okinawa Fresh Milk. We went back to get bubble waffles for to go and another girl was on the register. We were still looking at the menu screen then the cashier, without a hi or hello, straight up told us that they don't serve a particular kind of drink anymore. My boyfriend nicely told her that it's okay and proceeded with ordering bubble waffles. The cashier cut him off and asked to give her a sec. I was observing her and she was giving off this rude energy throughout the transaction. I may seem petty for this but I slightly snatched the receipt from her without saying a word, just so she knows that I am aware of the attitude she's giving us and I refuse to tolerate it. Then she went to the other nice girl who took our first order, and probably told her about what happened. Lol. I was waiting and keeping an eye out for my food. After a few minutes, she went behind the machine and peeked at me, only for her to see that I was already looking directly at her, and she turned around. We're nice paying customers and I don't see why we get to be treated like that. If you have personal issues, at least don't vent it out on your customers. This is a kind of place where some people go when they wanna get something sweet as a reward for a long stressful week. And having to encounter such employees in a place named "Happy Lemon" doesn't help. Def not going back to this place ever. Not a happy experience for a first visit. We'd stick to our usual Happy Lemon spot in Pleasant Hill, smaller but the people working there are way nicer. read more

I've been craving their waffles an obscene amount it's not even funny. The boba itself is pretty solid- cooked well, the milk tea isn't too sweet. The waffles and salted cheese are really what I come for though. I don't know what they're putting in that salted cheese but wow is it tasty. (And addictive!) I've tried all of their flavors of waffle and have enjoyed them all. The service I've experienced has been reasonably quick and very friendly. Passion fruit green tea is my husband's favorite, my sons order the ube milk tea, I love the strawberry green or black tea - all with 0% sugar and 25% ice! Of course with bubble waffles! I ordered the taro drink and it tasted like nail polish remover or something funny it was not good whatever brand they use. My partners drink was ok she said but had a funny taste. The boba was definitely not fresh! We ordered one of the bubble waffles as well and it wasn't cooked all the way thru and the taro sauce we ordered with it again tasted funny. The service was ok the girls there didn't have smiles or much of customer service skills and one of them had gloves on touched the cash register then her hair and then never changed her gloves and proceeded to make food and drinks very unsanitary! Brand new to the Vacaville California area. This is a Boba spot that you would see mainly in the bed area that has finally came to our local area because we're so used to trying it out in SF or Concord area. upon walking and you'll see it's very clean and very refreshing. We welcome you as you enter the store. They have a really big menu for you to read and look over for what you're looking for. They break down the drinks and the additives if you're looking to do something different other than what the menu offers, you can modify your drink with the percent of sugar and how much icy want in it very excited to have this nearby to our house will probably visit more than once a month. I will say that the bubbles super warm when they added it to my ice drink a little different than the taste that I'm used to but the consistency wasn't that bad definitely going to go back again because the service was very respectful and helpful. Went to try this place out. Place is clean and staff was professional. Ordered some drinks and a waffle. Drinks came out really (2mins) fast but the waffle took 25 mins! I was watching the process of the waffle making not knowing at the time it was going to take that long because I thought they had some premade. Because I saw waffles on the side. They only had one waffle maker going out of two that I saw, while 3 other groups ordered waffles before myself. Staff needs some guidance of flow maybe from the owner (assuming was in the far back of the shop) just talking to someone else. It's unbalanced service or maybe warn costumers that waffles take sometime to make. read more

One of the best boba shop they got out here in Vacaville! As someone who was originally from south bay with lots of boba shop options this was also one of my favorite. The salted cheese series menu is my favorite, their must try is the jasmine/ black tea salted cheese. The tea runs a little bit on the sweeter sides for me so I usually order 50% sweet. It also seems like they give you the option to customize sweetness and ice levels. 10/10 would recommend. Went here the other day to pick up some drinks for my boyfriend and I on my way home from work in the evening. It wasn't terribly busy but the crew was still cleaning to keep busy which was great to see! The cahier girl was very friendly. The drinks were AMAZING. I got the passion fruit tea and it was exactly how sweet I like it. My boyfriend loved his classic milk tea with boba and was amazed that we won't have to go to Davis anymore for great boba. I'm excited to have an actually good boba shop within 2 minutes of my house!! Drinks are on the pricier side but honestly if I can spend that much at Dutch bros or Starbucks I can come here. I wish I could come here in the morning before work but they're only open from 12-10. But I'm really glad I can come late at night when I'm craving fruity drinks!!
