This was the most UNPROFESSIONAL business I've ever dealt with. Ordered line jackets from this company in July and am just receiving it in January. My line name is so small you can barely see it. The worst experience ever first of all She communicated all the way up to receiving payment. I was told I could pick my order up on a Friday anytime before 7pm I call her that Thursday all day no answer. I made it to the address on my receipt and it didn't exist at all. call her over 10 times and texted tryna figure out what was their location. She finally answered had an attitude cause my mom in the background asked if they were scamming. well u have to pick up your order inside of a Shipping office owned my someone else. my memorial shirts for a funeral was a complete disaster a order. of 18 shirts was all wrong didn't get my order til after 445p had to wait in pearland all day from that morning til almost 5p she doesn't give u the shirts in person cause she screws u. I found Happy Me Tee two years ago searching for someone to make a unique football mom shirt for me. I am so happy I found this company!! I am in NJ and the process could not have been easier; I sent my pics via email as well as a general idea of the background, etc. I was blown away when the proofs arrived! I ordered a shirt for myself as well as one for my husband and three hoodies. I was saddened last year to find out that they no longer do the 3D hoodies. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS! Unprofessional. Disorganized. Do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Will leave your order sitting around for weeks with no response or update. Will send your confirmation to the wrong email and have an attitude when you call to check on the status of your order. Will not have your order ready on time although I paid in full at the time of ordering. Although I came in person to order to make sure it was received. Then tell you their policy is no refunds. My line ordered our jackets from Happy me tee and before disclosing she didn't have the correct colors to match our jackets she then had us pay in full and made it non-refundable. She then sent a sample jacket where the words were slanted and peeling up and we all did not want the jacket (mind you it's over 80 jackets she's making) we started working with this vendor around June or July and it's January and I am just now receiving my Jacket. The patches on the arms of my jacket are placed on my shoulder not even where they go, my line name is placed so high up that unless I wear my hair in a bun it will not be seen, our ship name is still slanted and my line name is in a completely different font and it is shrunk all the way down and not arched like every other vendor does jackets. The last thing I will say is my chapter name is Theta and the Theta is not a real theta sign which makes me not want to even wear it in public. Is it possible to leave no stars? This business is by far the most unprofessional one in Houston. I 10/10 do NOT recommend, I don't care how good the products look on Instagram, trust me they aren't posting the bad ones. Need your product by a certain date? This company will see to it that they miss and and won't complete the hole order on time. They will misspell words, print lettering crooked and still won't compensate for their failure to product quality products in a timely fashion. If I could give negative stars, I would. I have been inquiring about an order over the past month, and have been given the run around ever since. Management and employees make promises to follow up and deliver answers but never do. After they do not follow up, and you call to follow up, you are left on hold for several minutes at a time. Instead, one of my associates would have to take off work to physically go up to the establishment, only for them to seem unprepared and unorganized. Originally had very high hopes, but was met with disappointment after disappointment. Highly recommend using another vendor for your production needs. read more

I had called to surprise my husband for his 40th Birthday, and they quickly helped get me set up. This was my first time doing anything so they walked me through the entire process. This establishment really made me feel at home and at peace while I and my family are putting my Dad to rest this weekend. I and my sister first talked to the owner over the phone and received a answer about the shirts taking a couple days to make, and thereafter we arrived at Happy Me Tee. As we walked in, we were in awe of the lovely setup of photographs and shirts hanging to the left of and around the shop and the comfortable wear of customers pastured on the walls in glass. Okay, let me get to the point of why I am writing this review in the first place. As me and my sister walked to the counter of Happy Me Tee inc., this tall black man with a smedium sized beard and two ear-ring like piercings on each side of his dimples of face approached us nicely but I could tell he was going to give it to us straight. However, as we thought of our previous conversation with Brittany (the owner) over the phone about when the shirts would be ready and how the manager should direct us to the appropriate shirt, then we buy and get out (this was not the case). We actually had to ask for Brittany because the manager had no clue of what we were talking about. As Brittany came outside, she told us something completely opposite opposed to on the phone or did not give a complete synopsis of our convo. She said and quote, "we expedite the shipment for a $50 fee." Which we did not know of over the phone. So, I asked Ms. Brittany if she could help me and my sister out due to my Dad's passing. The reason I am rating this establishment 4 stars is because of the compassion the owner Ms. Brittany showed towards I and my sister. Ms. Brittany then gave me and my sister a better deal due to our situation of having a lack of money to pay the difference and a passing in the family. I feel that this place is a great establishment but just needs to work on integrity with customers, whether on the phone or in person and not give a partial slice of the pie but the whole slice (you know what I mean).
