We had a great experience! my husband and I brought our 2 boys on an early Saturday morning (10:00) and didn't have to wait long. I always ask for an extra massage on my feet but don't receive it when we're at other salons. I will say, this was the BEST massage I've ever had with my pedicure. I will keep coming back here! I would recommend them and if you're not wanting to wait, come at a time of day that's not rush hour. they're great friendly people and it's very clean! read more

I had manicure and pedicure and the service was great and cumstimet service was excellent. I would come here again.

Went up there and paid $175 all together my nails was $75 and they messed them up they were thick and bumpy and I caught up there Kevin fixed them and went back in the next day for them to be fixed they didn't even soak my nails off she just started grinding she cut me multiple times and then they look worse than they did the first time call back up there and I was like can I just get my money back and they're like no you can come back up here for a third time and we'll fix them again don't go here I could really embarrassing to go up there three different times to get your nails fixed cuz they can't do it right the first time wasting my time read more

Nice people just not good on acrylic. I went got my nails done they did not come out nothing like the picture I showed so they told me to come back in two days so they can fix it. Stop by to get my nails done and ask the people if I could do my nails and toes at the same time showed them a picture of what I wanted and They.said sure no problem. She started my nails put the tips on and said someone would do the powder and then the next person said he had to wait until I got done with my feet to do my nails are they would not look good. I did not have time that was the whole point of getting them done at the same time so he was going to have to take the tips off just let me get them done later but I just decided to do one color and be done and he said he could do that. I have powder on my fingers, under my nails and they are super sharp. Pedicure was ok but they never asked which one I wanted, water only and cuticle oil. Will not use again!!! read more

I have been going to this salon for a few months due to relocating, I have had my nails lift and crack multiple times I told the older dark haired woman with glasses who does my nails that i need a bonding agent because my nails are real and i only get fills with pink acrylic, the first time i went into this salon they said it would cost $20, then after she filled my pinky nail told me it would be$25 because it is solar acyrlic I payed it, i went in today while i have a little time, I told the man with dark hair and glasses what I needed cause i was just in there last week and have not had time to come in he said to wait 45min, I asked another customer who does the best job on nails she suggested another woman, the man told the customer to go sit in a pedicure chair then told me the wait will be an hour, so I waited, he tells me to go to the older fark haired lady with glasses, I tell her i need a bonding agent that i already glued my nail but it keeps lifting she got rude and the dark haired man with glasses came over to me and was very rude raising his voice saying i took to long to come in i then explained Quietly that i have not had time to come in because of work and being homeless,He continued to be rude and raise his voice telling me they dont have time, I said ok thank you jave a blessed day, he continued, I repeated my self thank you have a blessed day and left, They lost my business. I am traveling for work. Usually very hesitant of where to go to get my nails done. Very fast and friendly service. Welcomed me back the next time I am in town even. Well 1 week later and I am still in town decided to get a pedicure and it SUCKED!!!! There was only 2 of us and I was in the chair and out of the chair before the 1 that came in before me! Did not even properly trim toe nails and cuticles oh wait didn't do cuticles at ALL!!! Put 1 coat of paint on and put the flip flops on me. Than as I started to stand he looked at the floor saw water says be careful as I stand up INTO the water and wanted me to walk with the wet flip flops. I took the towel off the chair and put it on the floor for me to dry off my flops than walked to the dryer. Within 5 minutes he was out the door! So if he was so rushed why didn't one of the other 3 sitting doing nothing take me. This is the first time I have never left a tip. Very disappointed was not worth my money. And I am even writing this while I still sit under the dryer. read more

Waited 1.5 hours with an appointment. Left without getting anything done. Won't be back here. Usually happy with the service. Bummer.

The staff was friendly enough. The place was clean, however the tech that worked on my nails seemed impatient and in a hurry ( although the place was almost empty). He did not care that he wanted to put acrylic over unremoved nail polish. When I pointed it out he became angry and yelled at me in a language that was not English. When his bosses came by, he yelled at them too. He then proceeded to clean my nails again with nail polish remover, But then slapped on so much acrylic that it just overflowed my fingers. He then proceeded to file down my nails instead of cleaning them. He use the drill to file my fingernails off from underneath. When I complained I was told this is the only way to clean your nails. Coming from California, I know this is not true. This is lazy, sloppy, pathetic, shotty work. I am left with nail polish under my nails around my cuticles and under the acrylic. I'm also left with my natural nails drilled down so low that they cannot be seen. DO NOT visit the shop. If you value your money as well as your time for excellent work go somewhere else.
