He hadn't even had the decency to check the email, so HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TATTOO I WANTED. Since it was already very late, he lied, saying that it was not possible to apply the print of my background's tattoo on my skin and that therefore HE WOULD HAVE DONE IT HANDMADE. I reminded him that the amount of red was excessive and that the main tattoo was the Japanese writing. After 3 hours and £ 280.00 ( I was meant to pay £ 250,00, but they asked for more money even if I waited for 2hours because he was late and he had to try to prepare my tattoo in 30 mins) I found on my leg something that was not even comparable to my idea. I contacted George, the store owner, and he told me that it's normal that my tattoo was different because they are artists and they want to do something unique (OF COURSE I HAVE EMAILS TO PROVE EVERYTHING, EVERY SINGLE WORD). When I told him it was my 4th tattoo he changed his mind and decided to meet me to find a solution. After our meeting he promised me to talk with the others tattoo artists to try to fix my tattoo. After 13 days I decided to send him an email (he din't contact me at all) and George replied: "Hi Mike I just had the chance to talk with my guys"- what a coincidence!!! And guess what: NO ONE was good too much to sort the problem out. So Geroge's offer was to GIVE A CHANCE TO Michele (the one who made my tattoo). Guys would you ever let someone who did something wrong, put his hands once again on your skin? And then...a CHANCE??? GEORGE WE ARE TALKING ABOUT MY SKIN. THIS IS NOT A JOKE!!! I WANT PROFESSIONALISM, NOT CHANCES!!! During our meeting I said to George I wouldn't let Michele touch my skin once again and he promised me that for sure one of the other guys would be happy to help me. For two months George promised many things and at the end...nothing!!! Suck a shame cause I got my 1st tattoo in his store (AMAZING JOB MADE BY LUKE) To sum it up: Delay of 2 hours Michele didn't have any clue about my tattoo Paid £ 280,00 instead of £ 250,00 George (store owner) promised me to sort the problem out....how? Asking me to GIVE ANOTHER CHANCE to Michele (THE ONE WHO MESSED UP WITH MY TATTOO) to see if he could make it up. THANK YOU VERY MUCH CLOAK AND DAGGER FOR THE AMAZING NIGHTMARE. I went tonight without an appointment. I was extremely nervous going into the shop, as I hate needles and I've only had my ears pierced once before, but as soon as I met Roni (who has the most interesting collection of facial tattoos and piercings, and his eyeballs are tattooed black! whew!) I instantly felt better. Roni made the whole process quick and (practically) painless. My wait time was around 20 minutes tops, and it cost £25 for my nose piercing. The atmosphere of the shop was busy busy busy, with loud upbeat music playing and a tattoo machine buzz in the background. After waiting, Roni took me to the back and was calm the whole time, asking me about myself and talking about life in London. It definitely helped relax me, and for that I'm grateful. He was very patient and gave me time to decide exactly where I wanted the stud to be. Everything was clean and sterile. I was done within 10 minutes - Roni really knows his stuff (I think he said he's been in the business for a decade or so?). I would definitely come back here for any other piercings/tattoos.

It was a very exciting and relatively quick process, I was in and out in just a couple hours. So happy with the end result. The initial artist I wanted was booked but the receptionist/assistant recommended Frank and lord am I grateful! I had an incomplete idea of what I wanted but Frank went on and put together the personal elements into an amazing, magnificent piece! We're in 2020 and it still looks just as beautiful and attracts plenty of "WOW" compliments. I'm not sure if he's still at the shop but would definitely recommend coming here because its full of talented people.

We got inside hoping the accept walkins (they do - both booking + walkins are accepted :)) & look if they do the style of tattoo we wanted. Some time ago I narrowed what I wanted down to either a Griffin or a Dragon, both mythical creatures carrying a lot of symbolism for me. Then I sort of did nothing, I wanted a bespoke design, by a good tattooist; and had no idea where to start. So there I am wondering along Exmouth Market and saw this rather interesting shop front. Turns out to be a Tattoo Parlour. Wonder in and chat with Dave, the retro looking front of house man, about what I am looking for. He invites me to look at some pictures of the work the different artists do to try and choose a style of artist I like. This is tough, they all look really good. Eventually I settle with a Japanese artist called Mie Sato, not because she has loads of Dragons or Griffins in her portfolio, in fact I do not remember seeing any. But, because I like her work. Have a chat with Mie about the design and make an appointment to come back in about a month to review. Book a series of 3 hour sessions around three months from the date I am in the shop!! That is how busy they are. Anyway Mie comes up with a wonderful design, her work is brilliant, and now I have an excellent tattoo I love to bits. A nice relaxed place, that create brilliant bespoke art.

Zac did a couple small Andy Warhol pieces for me, guns & money. Was stoked to get these as Warhol did the Guns art exhibit in Chicago, Circa 1982 and that's home for me! Great trip to London once again and left with some permanent hand jewelry! Next time I want to try out that pool table & check out the art and sneaker collection they have there! She informed us about the whole process and the aftercare very patiently and well so felt very safe the whole time.
