Lots of little shops to stop at in old town or along river. The rooms are comfortable with a/c, tv, small stocked refrigerator, side chairs and table, desk and nice bathroom. We found the bed a little firm but not hard. Staff freshen up room each day and are pleasant. The bar area is nice and staff are friendly. The breakfast is over the top. Traditional polish feast. Really overwhelmed with the choices. Would stay here again.

The room was tastefully decorated and an adequate size for European standards. Front desk staff was very helpful with parking and suggestions on things to do. Each room has it's own dedicated wifi. The bed was a little stiff, but still comfortable. I would definitely stay here again, especially considering the price!

This is how hotels abroad should be. The staff was very helpful! I apologize for not remembering her name, but I want to point out the excellent customer service by this hotel's manager! This was in the beginning of September of 2018. On a personal note, this place will always be known to me as Heartbreak Hotel (indeed "my baby left me" here). That being said, Aparthotel Neptun will still be the place I'll book if I'm ever in Gdańsk again. It's that great!

(Back then it was Danzig) I have the day off today, so here comes the most delayed review I have ever posted in my history of Yelping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Radisson Blu! The hotel was a manageable size, and the staff working the front desk were warm and friendly. The location is top notch, with the main entrance just barely off the main drag in Gdansk. In fact the restaurant in the hotel has windows on the main street. Being Radisson Rewards Gold members, we were upgraded to a suite, and sweet it was! It had a separate sitting/tv area with leather couches and chairs, a large bathroom with a separate toilet area, and a separate bedroom with windows that opened for fresh air. I travel often for work and something as simple as windows that actually open is a big thing for me! The breakfast was delicious with many options from which to choose. The hostess was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time there. They had a small bar to the side of the lobby, and more than once we had to search for someone to serve us a "zimne piwo". But that wasn't such a big deal. To sum it all up, we loved this place and will hopefully return on our next trip to Poland.
