Cute place, great atmosphere and service. Sampled the coffee and bakery items, both of which will make me come back for more.

Delicious coffee and quick and friendly service! The coffee shop is so cute inside and there are a couple tables outside as well. I didn't get a chance to try the kronuts and other pastries but next time I'm here I will definitely be getting one! The drinks are gorgeous, definitely insta-worthy!

THIS PLACE WAS WAAAY MORE THAN I expected, it was AWESOME! We were greeted with smiles immediately upon entering, the pastries were delicious and the coffee was THE BEST I've EVER HAD. I didn't want to leave! I've been telling everyone about this coffee shop, and it will be our go to whenever we're in the Charlotte area. Amazing!

Haraz Coffee House is a Yemeni coffee house that serves various drinks and desserts! The interior is cute and the vibes are lively or calming depending on the hour. Service was also quick. My friends and I got the Haraz Coffee, Mango Dragonfruit Refresher, Strawberry Lemonade Refresher, and Dragonfruit Matcha. I personally got the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher which was really flavorful and tasty! I would come back to try one of their coffees.

This was my first time to Haraz Coffee, and I can't wait to come back! I opted for the everything bagel pastry, which has flaky dough and cream cheese inside. Had it warmed up and it was fantastic! I also went with a pistachio latte with almond milk, hot. Also delicious, tasted a bit exotic, and just what I was looking for. So yummy! The vibe here is fantastic, it feels very elegant and there is lots of seating. Free parking out front as well. An amazing coffee shop and a real gem here in uptown, Charlotte!

Wanted some matcha and originally was gonna goto a boba tea shop that was next door. Then we saw a sign for all the matcha drinks that Haraz had. So we went in and checked them out. The inside looks very swanky and the employees was very nice. We got a mango match and a lavender matcha. The mango matcha was ok, nothing special. The flavors kind of fought each other. The lavender Matcha though 10/10. The flavor meld together so well and it had a hint of spices at the end. They also have some bakery items and sandwiches. Definitely will come back to try other stuff!

The coffee and bakery items were delicious, very unique offerings and overall a very cool experience. They have lovely decor and a spacious seating area with a variety of options for groups or solo patrons. Definitely a must-visit coffee shop!

Big fan of this spot!!!! Any pastries I've had are always delicious. Specifically the spinach and feta- stuffed fluffy goodness.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! I've visited both this location and the South End location, and I've had a wonderful experience every single time. The coffee and pastries are absolutely delicious, and the beautiful décor creates such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is always friendly and inviting, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Cute coffee shop in Plaza Midwood. I ordered to go but saw a good amount dining in and working. I ordered a coffee (with milk and cardamom --I forgot the name), a honey bee pastry and pistachio mill cake. Everything was decent tasting. Fast service.

The ambiance was great the last time I went in. The barista seemed to understand my order before I said it, which was comforting and mildly unsettling. The area was clean and the cute interior makes for a good social media photo op. The menu has good variety and explorative flavors that encourages repeat visits. I got a Mango Milk Tea and was not disappointed. It gave a Mango Lassi vibe and was very refreshing. My only downside was the bottom of the drink tasted gritty and had a white residue left at the bottom. Also, I initially wanted the drink with light ice and this was my first encounter at a shop that charges extra for light ice (45 cents). Not a huge deal and I understand that companies incur more costs for light ice or no ice. Maybe I could justify the additional charge for getting the drink without ice, but I still wanted ice---just not a lot of it. I just would've like to have been told about it or seen some signage about the additional charge since the toppings and other add ons are listed out. I could've missed where it was listed out, but I don't think I saw anything written out. Nonetheless, after a few healthy gulps, I was sad that the drink was gone. I would come back to try other items.

The atmosphere was nice, it has the "work on your laptop or catch up with friends" cafe vibe. Somewhere you can hang for several hours and sip and coffee as you work/talk. I don't think I was the target demographic for this cafe sadly. I ordered a BE&C on a bagel. I originally had planned to go to a more "bagel-focused" shop, but they were closed. That's where I feel I was not the target demographic; I was looking to just order a bagel on my morning commute. I should have noticed the atmosphere/vibe of the cafe and realized that this was not going to be fast. It ended up taking over 30 minutes from the time I paid to the time I got my food (genuinely, I looked at the time my credit card was swiped and compared it to the time it was when I got my food). Now, I will say, if I had ordered coffee and brought a book, the wait probably wouldn't have been too much of a bother. The staff was really friendly, and the bathrooms were also very clean! The bagel was not my favorite bagel, but it was on par for a non-bagel-focused coffee shop. It wasn't bad by any means, but I would not order it if you were wanting "real" bagel. Edit: owner made a good point regarding the wait and was correct that I did not notice the disclaimer regarding the wait! I updated the rating to reflect my newer perspective.
