It was difficult for me to find someone to take my 1976 Yamaha wood organ out of my home. Upon calling Harbor Hauling, Frank Gomez made it as easy as 123. All I had to do was send pictures, & measurements. Frank was able to give me a the perfect price straight away and we set an appointment immediately. I was so happy, I was giddy. (That doesn't happen very often) I recommend Frank and his cousin Daniel highly! They are clean cut and friendly. They care for your home as it was theirs, as well as everything inside your home. Very careful upon taking out my organ. Frank and Daniel used a moving blanket, so not to destroy my wooden floors. They were extremely careful when taking it out the front door as well. I am beyond grateful for Frank and his cousin, Daniel. I have used Harbor Hauling 3 times in the last year or so and each time they exceeded my expectations! My first experience with Frank was the final clean out of my parent's 10x30 storage unit. I had done as much as I could and was still left with a lot of big stuff that I needed to get rid of quickly. Fortunately, I was given Frank's number. He responded to my call quickly, came to see the unit, quoted a very fair price, and then came on the date we agreed upon and had everything cleared out and the space swept out and ready for the next renter. I was thrilled to see the pictures of the empty unit! I added Frank's number to my contacts and knew that he was someone I would definitely want to call again for future hauling needs. The 2nd time I called Frank was to get his help moving my mom and her things from her home to her new assisted living unit. That move came about VERY quickly after my dad passed away and even with short notice, Frank again saved the day. His work is excellent but one of the things I appreciate most is that he is also very kind and caring and made my mom feel very much at ease with this big transition. My most recent experience was today. Frank and Daniel came out (again on short notice) to my parents' house and got the final things (including a huge solid wood sewing table that my Dad made). They brought the table to my house and the rest to a small storage unit. Having the house empty and ready to pass on to the realtor was a huge relief for me. I called my mom and she commented about how "chipper" I sounded. It's been a tough year seeing my dad decline and my mom making such huge life changes. Frank has come through for me every time I've needed help with the heavy lifting and getting these big tasks all the way done and off my to do list. I can't thank him enough! We needed to have our jacuzzi removed from our patio. I contacted Harbor Hauling and spoke to Frank Gomez. We sent him a photo of the jacuzzi, it's dimensions and the area it was located. Frank quoted us a great price and said I'll be there on Sunday. He arrived with an assistant. He began to saw the jacuzzi into pieces, loaded his trailer, swept the patio and garage areas of the debris and completed the job in a very professional, courteous and timely manner.
