I am a resident (Independent Living) cottage # 111 at Southern Pines in Thomasville GA--(been a…read moreresident for one month today) a beautiful community with well managed landscaping and very clean (grounds are well maintained); meals (3 per day) are delicious however, service needs improvement; housekeeping is excellent; maintenance is good (front door lock problem since day 1); however, NO washer/dryer, NO wkly Laundry, NO wkly Linen service, & NO wkly Change Bed Linens and Electrical Problem in spare bedroom (reported mid August by Kelly Chastain, Sales Manager at Southern Pines). The Villas at Killearn Lakes is such a unique and wonderful…read more facility. The atmosphere is that of a family in a home setting. Each Villa is well designed and so easy to navigate for the elders - no stairs or elevators - and when the come out of their rooms, there is a living and dining area easily accessible. This is so valuable for elders with dementia. This thing that makes it most special is the love, care and attention the elders receive from the owner, Pete, the director, Bobbie, and all the other staff members. My uncle was well-loved and cared for 3 1/2 years.

I can't say enough good things about every single person I dealt with at Hopewell. We had round the…read moreclock care for 2 weeks for my mother in my home. We got the news at 5pm Saturday that the hospital was discharging my mother. I was lost on what to do. She really couldn't walk or take care of herself. I work full time and knew we'd have to either put her in a nursing home or somthing. TMH told me about Hopewell, I called and they had the first aid at our home by 8pm that night! I felt so relieved that my mother would have care and I could sleep at night and still work. Every Home health aid that we had was wonderful. Respectful and helpful. So professional. Thank you so much for the great care and peace of mind!
