We just got back late from a sunset sail and needed a quick bite but most restaurants were closing. They took us in 15 mins to closing and said no problem. The food was great as was the service. My son and I had crab cakes, which was an app but filling enough as my entre. Great flavor with a sauce that had just the right heat. Great amount of crab and not too much filler. My older son had the guiness pulled pork sandwich which was tender and sweat with nice smoky flavor. My wife had Mac and cheese which she orders everywhere and said it was very tasty and light, which is not always the case at other restaurants. Had a very nice lunch today while visiting Belfast. I had the lobster roll and a local beer. Nice service and atmosphere.

Had a very bad experience here this morning. I almost never review a spot and never before negatively but these folks earned it. Food was delayed for over 30 minutes, members of our party got food 10 minutes after everyone else in our party. Items were burnt and had to be returned the replacement was raw. Seriously bad. After we had paid we asked to speak to the manager. They viewed us tourists and offered 10% off next meal. Seriously..... avoid this spot. read more

Settled on this spot after we found long waits at many other restaurants in the area. We had lunch and were completely underwhelmed. I had a lobster roll with sweet potato fries ($18 + $2 for sweet potato fries). The lobster roll came out on a grilled New England style bun and after that it was all downhill. Very little lobster on the roll and it did not taste fresh. The sweet potato fries were burnt and again the serving size was small. My wife got the shrimp platter. They were the smallest fried shrimp I have seen (nickel size), and yet again, a very small portion. The kids got the mac n cheese which is what earned it the 2 stars. Thy loved it and the bite I had was very good. We weren't drinking but the beer menu looked pretty good. Waitress was so-so - not very attentive and a bit awkward. Horrible experience. We waited over an hour for extremely mediocre food and received no apologies for the wait. The lobster did not taste fresh - would have been better off getting a lobster roll from a cart down the street. We also found a hair in the fish tacos. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. read more

A good stop for lunch. Service was friendly and the food was good, but nothing really blew us away

We went to Harborwalk for lunch. I had the blackened haddock sandwich (with Chipotle lime sauce instead of the tartar sauce) with fries. The haddock had a great taste with the Jamaican seasoning alone but coupled with the Chipotle lime sauce made this sandwich phenomenal. There was enough leftover sauce to add to my fries. The fries were hand cut, fried to perfection and seasoned with course ground sea salt. My husband got the BBQ pulled pork platter with fries, coleslaw, and fried pickles. He didn't realize the platter wasn't a sandwich so he used the top half bun of my haddock sandwich to make a pulled pork open sandwich. The pulled pork had a great taste and was tender and moist. There was plenty leftover to bring some home. The fried pickles were sour pickles which complimented the batter well. The platter came with a drizzle of Chipotle lime sauce to flavor. I didn't have any of the coleslaw but it looked very good and fresh. We sat outside under the shade on a breezy Maine summer day. The restaurant location was close to the water but we didn't have a water view. All in all it was a great experience. Blackened Haddock sandwich= $10.99. BBQ pulled pork platter= $15.99. read more

Popped in there on the way to the Portland airport. It took over 5 mins for someone to take our order and we put everything in then: cup of soup, buffalo dip, lobster roll to split, two sodas and a water. Water never came and but a different server came out and said she was ours now. We never saw her again. After 15-20 mins of waiting on our food, we asked the first server how much longer it would be as we were trying to get to the airport. Her response? "I don't know." We asked a few more times, including making sure the order was in, and she told us "she wasn't even our waitress." Like I said, the entire time we never once saw the other girl. After 30 mins of waiting on food, not seeing our server and zero interest from anyone to fix this situation or faith we were getting any of our food (not even the soup) we got up and left. No one stoped us. It was some of the worst customer service I've seen, on a Sunday, with empty tables. We will not pass by again. read more

We came here because supposedly they served good lobster rolls and when in Maine. . .we ordered a lobster roll and a burger. Server informed us kitchen was 'shut down' for 15 minutes but we ended up waiting an hour for our meal. Food was good, burger cooked to order, lobster roll tasty. Servers are young and inexperienced, waitress told us she wasn't old enough to drink so couldn't recommend a light beer on draft as she wasn't familiar with them. I don't think we would recommend this place or come here again, plenty of other options around read more

We have been here a few times for breakfast. We live within a mile of the restaurant. It is hit or miss on food and service. Expect a wait after ordering, the huevos came with half a teaspoon of salsa, no exaggeration. The "steak" with steak n eggs was inedible. Reg. breakfast/biscuits n gravy very good. Nothing is organic may be local. Sometimes real good sometimes real bad, you give it a shot and decide. read more
