Everything was folded so nice. Something that also impressed me is that I left €20 in my dirty pants pocket and he left it in the bag of laundry. Very honest and very appreciated! You're given An option to have your clothes serviced by staff or yourself. There is a minimal price difference but a larger time difference. If you're not in a rush the staff will wash, dry and fold your laundry by days end. If your time is tight you can load a washer and time the cycle until it's done. Put your clothes in a dryer then wait for them to dry. Easy. Staff is delightful and very helpful. I rather do my own so I came back after a 35-45 minute wash and then came back after the 45-55 minute dry cycle. I just shopped and had lunch in between cycles. It was very convenient and well managed. Other travelers were taking advantage of their services too. Highly recommend this gem.

They usually wash at 40c but we wanted done in cold. Clothes nicely clean with no lasting fragrance - that is good- fluffed and folded - no wrinkles. Price 15e /load if you do or 16e if they do. Literally I will shake my clothes, smack them against me, hanging them in the steamy bathroom, anything to avoid ironing them. One time I forgot to take my clothes out of the dryer and had left a shirt inside and when I pulled it out it was beyond recognition it was wrinkly that I actually washed it again in hopes that the wrinkles would come out. No luck, but then I found myself stuck without anything to wear and I decided feck it I'll just wear it to work! The women at work couldn't get over what a great shirt it was and they love that wrinkled look that some clothes come with! So needless to say I was more than excited to find out that Clean City does ironing and at a very reasonable €1.50 per item I can't complain. It's much better to let someone else stand over a hot metal object to make your clothes a bit neater looking!

I dropped it off Tuesday afternoon and got it back Thursday midday. I brought the clothes in a suitcase and they took the suitcase from me and returned my clothes folded and smelling great in the same suitcase. I had left my phone in one pocket and they made sure to take it out and let me know when I came to pick up the clothes. Overall: price was great, fair turn around, and good service.
