I just had my membership renewed, with my boyfriend from out of town, last month. Being used to average gyms, he was astonished at how beautiful this gym is. Its also historic, one of the oldest bulidings in the city. The owner, Matt, tells me he's working on putting a juice bar in the next room over of the building and connecting them. This gym is probably as posh as it gets in Blackfoot! The only downside...They dont have the one weight machine I need for toning my inner thighs! read more

I love the fitness classes most of which are free to members. The staff is very friendly and helpful. 1 1/2 hours of daycare is free when you are working out. Other gyms you have to pay extra. Great sports programs for the kids, my daughter is doing indoor soccer right now and she loves it. I gave it 4 stars due to some of the Zumba classes. Jen is great, but I wasn't impressed with Betsy's class. Ashley is amazing but had to quit due to other priorities which is why I go to her personal class across town. NOTE: YMCA offers scholarship membership to low-income families. You don't get that anywhere else ... that I know of.

Plenty of parking. Easily accessible in & out of the venue. Definitely recommend for a stop-over for a few hours to kill before or after visiting the national parks.
