Their salesman phoned me to make sure I clearly understood all their terminology, so that I'd be sure to get the order perfect the first time. The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable--like going to a family run hardware store used to be before the big box hardware stores decimated knowledgeable staff in a hardware store. They shipped the product exactly when they said they would, and I just checked it out; their craftsmanship is perfect--I received exactly what I hoped I would! Dimensions were spot on! And as far as I'm concerned their prices are super fair. The folks who run this company run the company as if their livelihood depends on it, which means that as a customer, I felt like they really cared about my understanding of what they offer, and my ultimate satisfaction with my order. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

We bought new counter tops and had them installed last January. The process was easy (very…read morehigh-touch and clear), price was good. We really liked being able to hand pick our actual slab. A week ago we noticed what looked like 3 glass stains on one of the countertops. I figured we had done something to eat through the sealant. I tried unsuccessfully to clean / repair the "stains". I called Granite Tops, looking for advice on how to repair. They immediately scheduled a guy to come out. Turns out it was some sort of material stuck to the surface! My point is that without hesitation they came out and were very customer and service focused. Lotsa smiles & thanks-yous. I would not hesitate to STRONGLY recommend this organization. Sadly it's not that common these days to be treated as well or better post-sale as pre-sale.
