On March 27th 2026 at around 3:30p.m., my daughter and several of her friends, all minors, were subjected to inappropriate and unprofessional conduct while at this location. An individual identified as the manager's mother, who is not an employee, was involved in a verbal altercation and used inappropriate language toward the children. When the situation should have been corrected, the acting manager instead said "those kids need to shut up," failing to de-escalate and allowing the behavior to continue. This raises significant concerns regarding supervision, professionalism, and the involvement of non-employees in customer interactions. The presence of a non-employee engaging with and verbally addressing minors is especially concerning. I am requesting that this matter be escalated to the owner/operator or area supervisor for investigation and that appropriate action be taken.
