The worst fast food restaurant, they never can get a simple order correct, the cooks dont know how to read a ticket to make the sandwich correctly, they never have anybody working besides a manager and a cook and there are no other fast food restaurants in the area to at least make them want to be better. This establishment needs to be shut down and a different business needs to replace it because it will only get worse. Every time I go there I have to go back and have them remake my food because it is clearly wrong, plus the fact that flies greet you as you enter and keep you company until you leave. If there was an option that was less than zero I would eagerly choose it because it deserves it. After having a nice hello at the drive thru and getting my order quickly, it just went downhill. I ordered a cheeseburger and chocolate shake. My burger wasn't just slapped on, but mustard was caked on and tons of pickles all on a room temp piece of meat. Yuk. At least my shake is delicious.....and then I felt something not normal on my tongue. It was a piece of plastic. Hmmmm. Could have overlooked it as a mistake until I almost sucked down another piece! This was a pretty good hardees. Everything was fresh and the service was nice. It could have use some cleaning but the food was good.

This restaurant was nasty. The dining area looked gross, but the bathrooms were revolting. The floors were disgusting and there was toilet paper everywhere. Mold in some areas. I'm sure the food is okay, but the atmosphere and building was so bad I was afraid to eat the food. read more

This Hardee's location needs to be closed. It's my own fault for continuing to come here, but our selections in Pittsboro, NC are limited. This particular visit, the dining room was filthy. It was obvious from the pile of dirt and trash that you had to walk over to get to the register, that someone had attempted to sweep. We ordered our food, waited for almost 10 mins, ate and this dirt pile, broom, and two mops were still in the same place when we left. Not sure when they planned on completing that task, but there were no customers in the store, and several employees were working behind the counter/kitchen. My past 3-4 orders, both drive-thru and dine-in have not been correct, and the manager's attitude about correcting the order has been unacceptable. It's a real lack of customer service that the manager makes you feel as if it's your own fault that you order is wrong! Who does that? read more

Went here this evening for a quick meal. They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. From management to the cashier, we were talking to two people when ordering and they kept cutting us off! Then we get to the window and the cashier just looks at us. Stopped in last Sunday morning to get a Bacon Egg and Cheese biscuit and a coffee. The biscuit had 4 (counted 'um) tiny crumbs of bacon, and the coffee was COLD. Service was very slow and the lady (Dre) was very unfriendly. I was gonna leave a comment at www.TellHappyStar.com but the store number on the reciept is smudged and I can't read it. I try not to go the fast food route but hey it's breakfast a chicken egg biscuit is hard to mess up so it was good. The reason why I am writing this is every time I forget that I say, " I'm never coming back in there,," about two or three months apart I'll give it another shot. It's always the same somethings going on in there, the employees are all sullen and I'll tempered. Imagine dealing with some teenagers that are putting out that "I could care less vibe" and that Transfers over to the service they mumble something that you can't understand as they turn around and put their back to you. And when you try to find out what they said, because inevitably it has to do with your order they turn and give you this eye roll.. It's worth it to go across town to the McDonald's where the service is bright and cheerful and you get a straw if you need one and a napkin and your hashbrowns aren't dumped upside down in the bag. I know it seems petty but, every time I go in there I always say never again.. if I was the owner of this Hardees I would cringe because you can see by the emptiness of the place that other folks would rather go elsewhere. read more

This Hardees has improved the past 15 years. The item I wish to praise is the vegetarian burger. It is expensive. Tell them no mustard and ketchup, otherwise, they put a lot on. I wish they would have this item on sale more often. read more

Went in with my family before the parade and the employees were to busy talking to help us. Two of them looked at us and finally after 8 minutes of being ignored I told my husband that I would like to leave and go somewhere that would acknowledge our presence and treat us like customers. I do not plan on going back there ever, this is the second time in 14 years that I've been here and I can say the service gets worse and worse. It is the same as any Hardee's but has consistently the slowest service of any "fast food" restaurant I have ever seen. In the drive thru or ordering at the counter, they act like it is the first time anyone has ordered food and then they start preparing the food. read more

I am a 15 year old girl who went here for lunch with my three other friends. We walk in and order and ask for sauce. I got my milkshake and they did not mix them at all and did not give me a straw. I ask a woman working and she throws it onto the counter and rolls her eyes. Then I ask for my sauce nicely and she says very rudely "I put it in one bag." I told her we both asked for sauce and she says "what" and I repeat and she walks away to the back. Then my other friend got her food and I ask AGAIN for sauce and get ignored. My friend got her (unmixed) milkshake and this woman says "I am sick and tired of this f****** bs" right at my friends and I. I was taken aback and then she says with an attitude "have yall gotten everything" and I said my "food yes, my sauce no." Then she says "okay, next customer." I ask another person and they finally give us our sauce. Very bad experience. Will not be going here again. Customer service is not good. read more

So here's what happens right? Me and my friend, lets call him Jack, we get the iced tea. My other buddy, let's call him Charles, gets soda. Both me and Jack get sick later in the day, 8/26/19, after drinking the tea. Charles is fine the whole day. Stuffy nose, sore throat, diarrhea, vomiting. Charles is having none of it. What are the odds that two out of three people going to drink tea from Hardees at separate times, riding in the same car both get sick, and the guy with soda doesn't? Terrible restaurant. Went in around 8:00 pm on March 1, 2017. Neither my wife or I got what we ordered. When we went back to the counter to get it corrected it took another 15 minutes. I brought my disappointment to the attention of the manager on duty. She immediately asked if I wanted my money back. I told her that was not the point, that I expected to receive what I ordered. She also said they were short handed and the person behind the counter was new. Not really a good answer as far as I am concerned. In addition my wife and I observed two uniformed employees in the dining room doing nothing. This is not a restaurant that I would recommend or visit again any time soon. read more
