The Mobile and Ohio crossed the Memphis Charleston Railroad in the nearby town of Corinth, Mississippi and was a major military objective during the Civil War. Before that, I had walked inside to ask for ranch, and the kitchen staff was extremely hostile. The older lady, who I think was the manager, even said they "weren't making my food."
