I did NOT authorize this refill. Walgreens will not remove the charge, even though I am not taking the medication. Now I have to stop payment on my card, call Medicare and report fraud and possibly go to court to get my money back. I call that stealing. I am concerned they are filling prescriptions without permission. The store manager Mason will not give his last name nor will the pharmacy manager Kelly. I understand federal law does NOT allow the medication to be returned, but Walgreens should NOT be charging for THEIR error.

They have a positively byzantine set of menu options that will drive you into the ground if no menu option meets your need. At no time was I offered the option of speaking to a real person -- even when I hit operator, * and # keys. The only way to get through to a real person is to spend too much time searching online for hacks on how to do it.. I *was* going to be a new customer, but decided not to based solely on this huge problem. Obviously, CVS has enough customers to be able to afford not to care. I have always been treated with respect and have never had an issue with a script. The messages and reminders I receive are accurate and appreciated. Only observation I have to make is about the new mounted box for signatures and payment. The box is mounted to far forward and I find it impossible for me, being very right-handed, to reach over and across to properly sign my name when neccessary. I just do a squiggly line with my left hand and I guess it works but it would never pass for my "signature."

I promise, any other store around will be cheaper, better, and more sanitary. But no matter what, do not trust that pharmacy to give you your shot. I am shocked they haven't caused any infections by now. This pharmacy is so bad, it needs to be shut down because they make someone seriously sick. Do not give them any business. We need to make sure they go under and get closed or else someone will get seriously I'll from going there. Walgreens, I know you're a dying business but either do better or just close your stores. So at every airport along the way you look in those Best Buy automated kiosk vending machines and c-stores that carry everything from local kitsch to gum to magazines for a charger... but they don't carry the one you need because you were recently talked into buying a phone that has an ENTIRELY different port (USB-C) then most other phones. Enter Walgreens. There was a section of wall dedicated to just phone chargers; they even the one I needed (though, admittedly, it was vastly more expensive... I paid $24.99 and they have them on Amazon for $8.99; but, desperate times call for desperate measures, my friends and flying phoneless these days is just foolish). SIDE NOTE: I also talked myself into buying one of those Reese Pieces filled Reese Cups. Definitely not as good as the Inside Out Reese's which no one seems to remember, but me. The woman ringing me up was cheerful and quick. The store seemed cleaned and laid out like ever other Walgreen's I've ever been to. And there was plenty of parking. All around pleasant experience.
