He was responsive and communicative throughout and had a reasonable estimate to replace our gas 50gall heater. His quote stood firm, we set a time for Tuesday for it to get done. No craziness, hidden fees, etc. He showed up on time, answered my questions, removed, replaced and tested new tank, and we were good to go in under 3 hours. Couldn't reccomend more.
