We found the car we thought we wanted on the GM Certified car website. It was about 150 miles away. We emailed them and quickly got a reply back from Rey Saenz, used car salesman. After several quick emails, we made plans to drive down the next day. It ended up being a 5 hour drive and we arrived around 2pm. After a test drive, we started signing all the papers. After a night in a local hotel, we picked it up the next morning and drove home. Rey made this an easy purchase, answered all our questions, and felt like a new friend when we were done. This review is for the Body shop, this is my 2nd time bringing my vehicle to work on, I was disappointed on both occasions, the first time, the repair was not satisfactory, they forgot to put my front plate back on, when I reminded them about it, they tried to question me if I was sure, and the front grill was not put back correctly. And the 2nd time , I told the lady I was in contact with about my 1st experience and that I only came back because of her, and I explained to her about the grilled from the previous experience, and she said we will take care of it. But the 2nd time was worse than the first time, they forgot to put my front plate again , and the grill, one side was done correctly and the other side was still not good, when I brought that to her attention, she said I only mentioned one side and not the other side, I told but if they removed the grill to work on it they should have done it correctly, she said is only an extra clip they added to it, like is no big deal.. and they only fixed the front bumper and the fender. And the back door was not done because she said the insurance company didn't want to pay for it because they said it was not part of the accident. She only told me this after she was done with all of the repairs that were approved by the insurance company. I asked her why didn't you tell me this prior to doing the repairs, she said because I was rushing her to get my vehicle back on the road. So decided to call the insurance company to see why they didn't approve the repair for the rear of the vehicle, they said because they didn't think it was consistent with the accident and that the shop agreed with them. I even had her to add her manager to the email between her and I, but the manager didn't add his two sense to it. And this is very disappointing from a reputable company like this. Thanks. read more

Buying the truck was easy and painless. Getting service was so bad that I will never step foot back in the store. They do not adhere to standard shop operations. When I pointed it out, they said they are much too busy to do quality checks. I saw a lady pick up her car from service because they left the lugs loose and it ruined the lug bolts. She went her car to leave and checked the lugs. Imagine her surprise when she found them finger tight again! If the tires come off then a quality assurance person needs to check torque every time. Fleet Sales Doesn't Return Calls I picked this dealer because of the good Yelp reviews. Apparently these guys do so much business they don't even care to have new customers. I called Tracy in Fleet/Commercial sales a couple WEEKS ago and either she doesn't check her voicemails or she just doesn't care to call customers back. I haven't heard a peep from anyone. I didn't call for any particular person other than a fleet sales manager so our company could buy some new vehicles. The first guy I talked to said he only did government sales there so he transferred me to Tracy who didn't answer her phone so I left a voicemail that was never returned. We normally drive ram trucks for the company and thought we might switch over to GMC this round of vehicles. Apparently not since we can't even get anyone to call us back from this dealer. Horrible 7 yr experience with Chevrolet and Hardy , 2 trucks bought from Hardy , neither truck lasted over 72,000 miles Buying experience was great both times , but what dealership doesn't try to make the buying experience great , the problem starts when you need service or you find out the product being sold holds no dependability Started 7 years ago when I bought me first Silverado from Hardy , ( preowned ) transmission went out at 72,000 miles , still covered under 100,000 warranty , hardy repaired truck when I got the truck back had a vibration Hardy service could not fix ,with in the year of buying truck Hardy allowed me to trade it in on a new one with a payment that almost doubled , bought 2016 Silverado that turned into a around town vehicle , 64,000 miles developed a bad stutter and developed 8 oil leaks all from gm crimped fittings , took it to service asked to diagnose stutter and for a price on repairing oil leaks , the next day they called said couldn't tell where oil leaks were coming from that they were at the top of the motor ( all leaks were on the bottom I had photographs just wanted to get it repaired by the professionals so it was still gm correct ) and that the transmission once again was bad , they wanted 6,grand to replace with same transmission, and another 3 to replace their faulty parts , still to this day Hardy has not relinquished the info on Chevrolet transmissions , that I could have easily accessed on the internet ( so I take the blame on that ) but any way was a die hard gm guy but can't say the same no more , I also understand I'm one person with an opinion , but I'm extremely upset with Chevrolet product and extremely disappointed in hardy Chevrolet for continuing to push this product on me when they have to know problems with the product they are saleing , so when your Chevrolet goes down find a guy don't except the dealership to help , I have found some great options and a lot of info on my truck , that Hardy has still yet inform me of any issues their product has , but they'll sale me what ever I'll buy read more

Having purchased all my cars and trucks here I brought my vehicle by for an estimate on a door. Challenging at best, I was informed immediately it was appointment only for estimates. Ok, we spent the next ten minutes with me trying to explain which side was the drivers side door. Then, another ten minutes with trying to schedule an appointment. In that time I understood listening to the lady at the desk that they ONLY scheduled one estimate per hour. Trying to stay away from personal attacks this was enough for me. It was also enough for me to not buy any more of our cars from here either. I'd go elsewhere and chose to do so having lost 20 minutes of my life that I'll never get back. read more

Sorry to say my experience at the Hardy service center was very unsatisfactory. First off advisor was not very friendly and just rush me to waiting room. So after an hour or so my car is ready. I pay and go to my car to find they rotated my staggered tire from back to front. January 2019 marks the second time I have done business with Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC in Dallas, GA, and unfortunately that will be the last time that I pursue a vehicle from this location. I had not had any issues at all with this dealership until my dealings with Nick Hansen, one of the salesmen in the new car sale showroom. To make a long story short, I had already researched and found the vehicle that I wanted, but I needed to meet with a salesman to take care of the paperwork process. After everything was done Nick asked me to fill out a survey and in return I would receive a $50 gift card OR a full tank of gas for doing so. The survey showed up in my email box approximately a week or two after my transaction, and because he had asked a couple of times to make sure I fill out the survey, I took it upon myself to get it filled out right away and even gave him a courtesy call to let him know it was done. He confirmed that he had received it, so I asked what needed to be done to receive the gift card that was promised. The funny thing is, I immediately felt like I was getting the run around because I was due to come back to the dealership so I called Nick to let him know and he confirmed that he would see me that day. Well, guess what! When I got there I was told that he was off on Wednesdays, something he knew before I spoke with him. I called him back several times and every time I spoke to him I was told that he would be putting a gift card in the mail. Today is March 20th, more than two months after I picked up my vehicle and I still do not have the promised gift card. If I must be honest, the gift card really isn't the big issue. Yes, it was promised, but my life is going to go on with or without the gift card. My problem with the situation is that I do not think he ever had any intention on sending any gift card and the fact that he used shady business tactics to get me to fill out a survey for whatever perks he receives upsets me. I do not like companies that use tactics to get you to do something in their favor. I am not sure if this is something that Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC in Dallas, GA promotes, but this incident makes them look bad as an organization. I won't be back for my next vehicle. read more

After some research I was able to determine this dealership (Hardy) is offering used vehicles for more money than new ones cost. When I approached them with this information, Juan (internet sales manager) said, "we must make our profits, and commissions". It is my sole belief that Juan and the Hardy team is simply preying on unsophisticated buyers that may believe buying a used truck is better deal. Buyer beware!! I bought a 2007 Chevy Suburban on Nov. 22, 2010. The initial purchase was pretty smooth. Matt Hicks was the seller and he was a pleasure to work with. When I bought the vehicle that told me that I would have to pay an extra $349.00 to have the vehicle GM certified since they had came down on the original price for me. I said that' s fine because the warranty was very important to me. However, the FAILED to tell me that the in service date for the vehicle was July 19, 2006, even though the vehicle was a 2007. So here I am not even a year later looking at a 2000 repair to the lifters in the engine. The dealership that I took it to agreed to fix it at a 75/25 rate since the warranty only expired 2 months ago. So I contact GM so that they can have Hardy to pay the remaining 25%. Well Hardy will not pay the remaining 25% and don't want to accept any responsibility for the issue. I advise you to stay away. Their vehicles obviously aren't too good and they will mislead you with warranties that could expire one month from the day you buy the vehicle. BTW, Im talking about the 5yr/100,000 mile warranty. I bought the vehicle with 52,000 miles and now it has 75,000 miles and no warranty and major issues:( read more
