The overall quality of the work by Pro-Touch was excellent and the team worked here for a couple of weeks doing extensive exterior and interior painting. The job was done professionally and carefully. Cristian Galeano worked with me to select the best product for the particular application and, if it wasn't available locally, waited for me to locate and pick it up elsewhere. The total exterior of a solid cedar house and trim plus deck was prepped and painted. The roof of a 20+ year old pole barn was powerwashed and then painted. Cristian pointed out the roof would benefit from new paint before deteriorating further. He power washed prior to painting and did the necessary prep work to ensure longlasting results. He prepped and stained or painted an outdoor screened in porch that had various materials. Indoors he painted a loft ceiling and skylights, laundry room and bathroom ceiling and walls. It was all done with care. My only irritation to forewarn others is that you need to be extremely specific about what work you want done. As I watched the care taken, I wanted to complete all necessary painting so as to not revisit at a later date. Cristian was willing to do change orders and the scope of the job was what was needed minus two relatively minor issues. Unfortunately, I had to get paint out when a bathroom fixture was painted closed for failure to find the screw to remove it and paint was torn when a lightbulb was replaced. As soon as it is warm enough this spring, I will be getting paint out for the three sides of four door threshholds. Everything was painted except the threshholds on all exterior doors--the outside was painted and the inside was painted but not the three sides of the threshold. This surprised me but Cristian's position was that I had not specified this to be painted. In sum, it was an expensive project but worth getting it done right. If not done professionally more damage can be done than fixed or prevented. I would recommend them without reservation based on the quality of work but with the caveat that you have to really spend time thinking it through and pointing to everything you expect to be painted.

It was done with great care, 5 weeks of uninterrupted work, with diligence and good spirits. Jeff and his crew showed up on time every day, worked hard, and left the work site in good condition at the end of the day. Every detail on the house was expertly addressed including not just paint but also carpentry, masonry, trim, and screen repairs. The cost of the job was that as originally proposed and never was additional payment requested. The team was very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their work. Ben and the crew worked quickly and efficiently to deliver a quality road surface for our neighborhood. Immediately upon completion, we received 1 1/2 inches of rain which proved the value of their grading, but also caused them to do further additions to our construction in bank a ditch across a wooded area assisting runoff to an existing culvert.
