I worked with Neal to help me with my disability claim for the 2nd time around. Being out of work for 4 years, I had no income. SSA average the last 10 years of work for your income monthly. If the 4 years, of no income, was averaged in, my monthly rate would of been so low I would not be able to survive. NEVER GO TO BINDER AND BINDER. DON'T GO TO ANY BIG CORPORATION DOING DISABILITY. BETTER CALL NEAL! To be able to actually see and talk to the lawyer makes it personal and I; as the claimant, felt so much better knowing he was right around the corner. I lost my first claim, for 2014, because I hired Binder and Binder, and they never submitted my latest documents. Binder and Binder took my case as they were filing for Bankruptcy, my lawyer left the firm, and all the screw up and I lost at the appeals level. Neal works hard, and is very accurate with the documents. When he was speaking the Judge, during my hearing, he was on the same page with the Judge,discussing submitted medical documents which is important. Social Security frowns on duplicate medical documents. Neal was able to organize and submit my documents appropriately. He was very flexible on where to meet to discuss my case. HENCE, just call him and win you case. Neal - I want thank you for everything. In the new year, I would love to see you and get some calamari! You are the Best! I renamed you from PITBULL to The DOBERMAN because besides being aggressive, you are SMART!!

His effort from the beginning of the case a year and a half ago to the end showed how he utilized his time. When I speak about time, I'm talking about Attorney Lugo's work ethic. He was and always has been very thorough in obtaining and reading all the information for my case. He even found certain discrepancies in the documentation versus the verbal statements which helped our case. His demonstration of tenacity, resilience and consistency was proven by being available for my family and I'm talking on multiple calls periodically throughout my case. There were times when he had to investigate and examine various options for our case that he called my husband and I with updates that he found. This man is not a nine to five lawyer we spoke at times around 10:00 p.m. at night not just about a plan for our case but he called about my family. He called about our daily well-being, he even asked about my husband who was hospitalized during this time of our case. He not only showed concern about the case but also showed concerned about his clients. His empathy and compassion for his clients goes beyond just a case file. Attorney Lugo has proved this with his demeanor, his interactional skills, pleasant nature upon approach and his ability to collaborate and work with his clients on any issue that may come up on hand for the case. I DO NOT recommend using this law office/attorney for any criminal court disputes that require a…read morespecific outcome or special attention to detail. When i hired/paid the retainer i was told about diff possible outcomes that may or may not take place, basically i was told what he knew i wanted to hear. Then when the case was finished i received the exact sentencing my lawyer explained he would fight against and stop from happenning. Not once during my case did he ask me to obtain any reference letters from my boss, leaders in the community, or anything else that would paint a positive detailed picture of who i am, whats important to me and what i believe in. I take full responsibility for my choices that led to the court case, however, i firmly feel that i was treated like some unimportant name on a piece of paper and just another paycheck for the attorney. I have researched several other cases that have gone thru the same court house with much more severe charges who ended up with a slap on the wrist. I 100% would never use this law firm again or recommend them to anyone. The attorney and his staff were pleasant/courteous to deal with, but was in no way whatsoever the tough, aggressive spokesman i thought i was hiring. I'm very, very disappointed in my decision to hire this law firm and if i could do it over again i wouldve hired Lenny Crone. Now thats a lawyer that gets the results u need when ur back is up against the wall. He's not cheap, but he makes the things happen that he says he will and he treats every client as if they are his #1 priority.

The attorney always kept me up to date as to what was happening. I thought things were hopeless until the cases were over. He never mislead me, and gave me worst case scenarios. He was reasonably priced, and seem to have a good relationship with the different courts we went to. I am very thankful.

A couple weeks later, I received another letter and again I emailed him and he hasn't had the decency to respond back. It has been 16 weeks so far. If someone accuse you of something, you have a legal right to know what those accusations are but it seems that he thinks differently. Why would anyone want to use Attorney Porzio's services if he doesn't do what he should do.
