The staff are always friendly and very chatty, and the owner always goes out of his way to welcome you. We all know it's incredibly hard to find a decent hairdressers/barbers wherever you live, and once you have you hang on to it for dear life. Croppers, for me, is that barbers. The only gents' hairdressers I've been into that consistently cuts my hair excellently and so competently. The staff are a great bunch of guys too. If I ever move away from Norwich (which I probably will do soon), Croppers is one of its establishments I'll miss a great deal.

The barbers were friendly and approachable and I got a seat immediately. The guy who cut my hair, a local named Jamie, gave the people of Norwich a grand reputation. He spoke genuinely and we conversed amiably about politics, housing prices, American stereotypes, cultural differences, nearby bars, our respective hometowns, etc. The cut cost me only 10 pounds, less than I had expected. If I were staying in the UK longer than a month I would definitely return.
