A few minutes later, Chuck (the owner) called, very irate and totally unprofessional, yelling that I had sweated his employee and that I was a fucking asshole! Really, very unprofessional, I texted back and told him to call back when he wanted to have an adult conversation. If he calls and apologizes and refunds my money, I will reconsider my post If this is how a local business in Las Vegas treats its Veteran customers, then I have to say, "do not patronize this business." The Pilates classes I've taken here have been so fun and VERY challenging, it's super high energy, fun music, and great vibes and I feel so proud of myself afterwards. Tru Yin is my time of the week to slow down and reflect on my mind, soul, and body. It's the perfect class if your body needs a reset from heavy lifting or just a moment to get some stretchies in. For any of the classes I always try to arrive at least 15 mins before start so I can find a spot, especially if I'm going with a friend(s). Some classes tend to get super full.
