A huge field for lots of activities and a separate large field dedicated for sports. Huge, long wooden picnic tables with a roof to shield you from rain or sun. Some smaller picnic tables scattered throughout the park. Plenty of benches to sit scattered around the park. A pond with plenty of ducks. A large playground. Plenty kms of paved paths to walk throughout. Dogs allowed on leash. The forested path is a highlight, lots of great trees and lush forested grounds to make you feel like you're somewhere else and not in the city. Also, really close to Crescent Beach and Blackie Spit Park. Overall, a favourite new park of mine! However, while there I also tried the Primal Swing and the Zipline tour. All three were a rush! The staff were very friendly and competent. They were great at helping their customers feel safe. The bungee jumps were especially awesome. The only complaint I could make is that bungee jumpers were not reeled back up to the bridge after the jumps. Instead, we were lowered to a raft on the river below, where we were (safely) unhooked from the bungee cord. However, that meant the jumpers now had to climb over a hundred feet of stairs to get back to the top of the canyon. Other than that, it was a thoroughly enjoyable day, and I'd recommend it to other thrill seekers out there.

I think this is very unnecessary as the kids were having fun. As parents we were already trying to get the kids out of the play area to the best of our ability, but kids don't necessarily respond well to yelling. I liked the venue, but won't be coming back. We came here to have fun, and this kind of customer service has definitely left a very negative impression for us.

I hope my lengthy review will entice you to try at least one and to let you friends and family members know. Of course, any events like these, please take safety precautions. From the outside, does not clearly say NINJA TAG, it says TAG, but the door says the entrance on the other side that says to use the new entrance around the West side of the building. When you enter you would be greeted by the front desk to fill out a paper waiver. Normally it would be a digital waiver on the screen, but the program isn't working at the time I went. One game is $10.00 and you have 10 minutes to complete the recorded game stats. But you can stay longer to just practice after your scheduled time. I stayed like 2 hours there and continuously played the different stations. They require you to purchase the non-slip socks that you wear when playing. It is an additional $3.00. And unfortunately you cannot wear your own non-slip socks from other events, it has to be the ones they provide. Plus they also get you to purchase a wristband which is another few dollars. Overall it was around $18.00 for this activity. The wristband can be reused, but I forgot to ask if you could reuse the same Ninja Tag socks. They have bins off to the side of the counter to store you clothes and shoes. For safety and security reasons, you can store your valuables like phone/keys/wallets behind their customer service desk. After playing for 2 hours, I found the stations fun and some challenging. Everything inside is very well lit with red and it feels like you are in a dangerous warzone of entertainment. The most fun station would have to be the very first station because you get to run up a sliding hill and the goal is to TAG with you wrist the colors. There are 5 levels of different colors and if I recall correctly, I was able to get to the 3rd color BLUE. Please make sure after you have tagged the color to go down the hill like a slide on your back and arms in the air or close to your chest. Avoid the elbows and knees touching the slippery floor, you can skin your human skin. I did this slide multiple times and skinned my right knee. It feels like a bruise but after a few days, my knee aches to walk. I have been applying Polysporin a medical cream every day to speed heal the skin. It seems to be working, but still very painful.

That said, there were a few concerns during our visit that I think are important to mention, mainly around pricing and safety. First, admission is $20 per person, including adults. For parents who are there primarily to supervise and occasionally assist a younger child, that adds up quickly. Some of the equipment involves large mats and tubes that can be heavy for smaller kids to carry on their own, and it would be nice for parents to be able to help without needing to purchase a full-price admission for themselves. My biggest concern, however, is safety. The layout is very open, with multiple access points, and there is currently no check-in/check-out system matching children with the adults they arrived with. As it is now, someone could enter or leave with very little attention paid, and there is no wristband or stamp process that verifies that each child is leaving with their actual parent or guardian. A simple matching bracelet or stamp system would make a tremendous difference in peace of mind. While there were staff members present, several of them appeared distracted -- talking with friends or generally not paying close attention to what was happening in the play areas. They also weren't very easy to identify as staff. If parents are expected to stay off certain equipment unless they pay admission, it would really help to have clearly identifiable staff who are actively monitoring and assisting -- especially at the top of larger slides or play structures where younger kids may need help. Overall, my child enjoyed the visit, and the concept of the place is great. With stronger safety procedures at the door and more attentive, easily identifiable staff presence throughout, this could be an outstanding place for families. If you go just really keep an eye out. Hate to see anything bad happen in this place in the future

But every time, different people had issues with the equipment or the staff, who couldn't explain the games properly. So, we kept giving them feedback. After some time, when nothing improved and the staff didn't take any responsibility, one of our friends spoke to the manager directly and left a negative review, hoping things would get better. But today, when we tried to book another session, we were shocked to find out they banned him and a few other players who weren't happy with the service :|
