After I figured out which service I needed myself, she handed me the paperwork with no instructions. When I had trouble finding the tiny signature box and politely asked for help, she repeatedly said "it's right there" instead of simply telling me which box to sign. After I finally found it, she remarked, "Wow, finally." What bothered me most was that when the customer satisfaction survey appeared on the payment terminal, she selected "Satisfied" on my behalf before I had a chance to answer. This experience left me feeling unwelcome and frustrated.
