All the arrangements we ordered- bouquets, boutineers, mothers wrist corsages, and centerpiece arrangements- were just outstandingly beautiful! I was so happy with what we received! The only issue I had was with communication. I was planning the wedding from out of state so we only met a few times in person to discuss details, everything else needed to happen over the phone or email. I was working with one woman initially who was very responsive and helpful in working with me on getting what I wanted and the look I wanted for the budget I wanted. That was the best help I could've asked for during the initial process. However, a few months later, I tried to email her about some questions and didn't hear back for a few weeks. I tried again and then was informed that the person I was working with no longer worked there and I would be working with someone new. From that point on, the communication got harder as I was working with 2-3 different people. Luckily, the first woman took great notes and everything was still set. The biggest error in communication was about the centerpieces. I was under the impression they would deliver and arrange them. When the delivery person got there, she said that was not in the instructions. I had to ask some family if they wouldn't mind helping, they didn't, and it all worked out, but it was still a little bit of a hassle figuring that out on the day of. Besides that one glitch, everything else was beautiful and I would absolutely recommend Harrington Smith Flowers! read more

I should start by saying this is my first review of anything, ever. Harrington-Smith helped with my wedding this past September. It was a small intimate event with only 14 people at Hotel Jerome in the Library Room. We recently relocated from Philadelphia to San Diego and were getting married in Aspen all within a short time frame. With everything going on I had trouble pinning down a florist, and I felt like it was partly because it was such a small event and no one really wanted to bother. Harrington-Smith immediately responded and they were so amazing and helpful from the start! Everything turned out more beautiful than ever imagined from the table landscape to my bouquet.
