I finally just asked for a refund . As a business owner, if you are having problems with your company vehicle, then have a contingency plan to keep your customers happy. Prime takes pride in their reliability for regular trash pickups and customer service. As a former customer I have to disagree with the first. They took over in July and everything went as before with trash and recycling until October is when we started having problems with them picking up our recycling. My husband and I were patient the 3 weeks of no recycling pickup they always got the trash , our understanding from customer service is they had a few guys quit on them and that they were having route problems. They did pick up or recycling later in the week, I didn't want you to think that it was never picked up except for the last time. We canceled service on Tuesday and she said that they did not want the recycling or trash bins back because they say Liberty on them and that was fine with us we would keep them. On Wednesday my husband went out and the trash and recycling bins were gone, he asked me and I told him I didn't do anything with them and then called Prime. She said that they should not have been picked up and that she'll look into it and call us back. About 45 minutes later the guy that took them brought them back, we know he was just doing what he was told to do he still should have knocked on the door to speak to us before taking something off our a property without permission. Customer service did call back I have to say that the ladies from customer service are very friendly and try to help the best they can. She did say that we would have a credit for no pickup but when they sent the remainder of my money today there was no credit. They also should credit me for this last day that they did not pick up the recycling. I don't know if it's just us that's having these problems we were hoping to stay with them but it seems like they can't get it together we thought it was ironic that they can't pick up our recycling but once we canceled service they sent someone out here right away to pick up the bins that they didn't want. Overall they were five star until October it's very frustrating when you have to call every week and tell them that the recycling wasn't picked up and they wouldn't have known if we didn't call. We hope that they can resolve all their problems but for us it was very frustrating and I just had to leave a review.
