I have been in here a couple of times and it's always spottless and clean everywhere with staff constantly cleaning to keep it that way. I think a clean and tidy eating area is a pretty high factor if it's going to make a nice place to sit and relax. Their staff are always very polite and friendly too which makes the experience of eating and drinking here more enjoyable.
