Jenson came by to look at the roof and said he would send someone to reattach the siding. That was December 3rd. I have reached out to the company several times but get no response. They promised a quote for the roof job and that was never delivered. I guess I have to call another company and pay to get my siding reattached. They do a nice job, but obviously don't care once the work is complete. If this is how they treat a return customer I can't recommend this company.

Lacovara told me they'd be there twice, but didn't come. The third time they came they said they didn't see any problem. It didn't stop leaking, and they didn't respond to my request for a refund. My roof leaks all the way to the basement now. There is water damage getting progressively worse, as you can see from the attached photos and videos.

He installed gutters and drained them onto my neighbors property, which is a code violation with the city. I had to pay him extra money to put them where they belong. Now that he has been paid, it has rained and the new gutters were installed an inch away from the roof, so the water still drains down the side of the building. Additonally, his guys threw the trash in and roofing debris in my neighbors yard, after he charged for for a dumpster to remove material. DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Didn't get what I wanted. Olga never once came out during the job. I had 3 no calls no shows the week the job was to start . I had to deal with someone who didn't speak or understand English. One guy urinated in my backyard. I had a down spout taking away and not replaced. I had damage to my camera, vent up by the attic, soffet and never said nothing. Tried emailing numerous times and nothing They blamed Elizabeth the secretary for not doing her job. I wrote 2 reviews in the begining of 2024. Well the phone calls started coming in. Giovanni. came out and told me he would make good of everything and I believed him. He was so nice he even called to see if everything was ok BUT he had a MOTIVE. He did fix the problems and Replaced my $500.00 security camers with 2 $80 security light./camera and now I have to pay a yearly fee. They do not work right they do not capture anything by the curb/mail box of my house or after 5pm. I was never given a receipt for these camera. Left him several text messages to please help and walk me though the camers and checking out the first panel of the garage door which he told me he would but heard nothing. His MOTIVE for being nice was to have me take down the BBB and YELP review but as soon as I did that was the end of him helping me.
