PRG prototypes are made from a 3-D printer which is not good for durable use such a travel , mailing , touching , or presenting. Find a company that uses a CNC Machine , which use molding material and it's more durable. My experience with this company. The prototype was broken by the time I got it and it also does not work with the main objective I had it made for. The color , sizing , and material are all just bad. 2. The communication is terrible. Their main line is email, I expressed that I wanted to be involved more and it did not go any better. There were literally weeks where I did not get a response from them. I would send multiple emails within the same week.. no response until I threaten to not pay them and 20 minutes later I get a response. I was told I would a get a review/ time log on how everything was going. I received it once after writing an intense email of the customer service I was receiving. Again, if your looking to put blind trust in a company this is not the company. 3. My prototype is not want I want at all. The prototype is not feasible or working. Literally, just pieces sitting in a Kroger bag; I am starting over from scratch all over again and working the sketches I came up with and looking for another company. To answer your question I spent over $5,000 with this company and have nothing to show for it but a experience with a such poor quality and customer service oh and out of $5,400.00. I am sure if they were transparent with me from the beginning and told me they could not produce what I wanted I would have a different review today. I am literally giving PRG Prototyping one star because Google does not allow -5 stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you are putting blind trust into them and want your product done right.
